Book this hotel last minute. Location is excellent close to subway Penn Station. Great restaurants. Best part of the property is unlimited complimentary coffee and iced coffee. They also have a one hour happy hour with great wine. Staff are excellent, went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay at Made Hotel was wonderful! The staff was beyond helpful and available whenever we had a question or request. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the mornings and found the hotel restuarant/cafe to be delicious! If you are looking for a comfortable, centrally located, clean hotel with style, Made is the one! Will definitely book here again in the future.

This property was a short walk to Madison Square Garden and also a very short walk to the subway. Great location!!! While the majority of the front desk staff were kind and helpful, there was one gentleman who seemed totally tuned out.

The amenities were awesome including access to free cafe drinks and the staff were incredibly friendly! Plus you can’t beat the distance to the Amtrak station.

We liked the location and the property was beautiful and we liked our balcony room. we did not like the lack of storage and surfaces.

The toiletries were a bit hipster with like an old school metal medical tube -- it'd be fine if they just had normal modern shampoo and soaps. Blackout blinds would have helped, and it took too long to realize that you need to set the fan to "high" to cool down the room, so if they'd make the HVAC just work that would have been nice. I'd likely stay here again.

Beautiful design. Great cafe and bar. The staff was cold and sometimes plain mean. The rooms are tiny, even for New York standards.
