Made Hotel

The Made Hotel is a NY Hidden Gem! The staff was amazing and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in NY. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Made Hotel in New York. The hotel is very charming and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. They have a really popular coffee house in their lobby with many cool people hanging out on their computers. The hotel offers free coffee and tea, but beware. If you add anything to your coffee or tea, they charge you. That was a little disheartening. There is a really cool rooftop bar with awesome views of the NY skyline. My only complaint is that the room was very small and there was almost no storage space. Also, the location of the hotel was pretty convenient, but the immediate neighborhood was a little weird. I think the hotel is in the middle of the wholesale costume jewelry district. Besides those small issues, I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, nice linens, good lotion Poor storage, very poor lighting in the rooms, no coffee maker in the rooms, nowhere to sit in the room. New closet., nowhere to put stuff in the bathroom.

The hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed, and tucked away on a surprisingly quiet street. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Moynihan Train Hall. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the coffee barista to the engineer who quickly fixed an issue with my patio door, was incredibly nice, professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. The service was exceptional throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a fantastic night’s sleep. I travel solo often, and I felt completely comfortable and safe here. I can’t speak highly enough of MADE. Wonderful staff, peaceful location, beautiful hotel, and an all-around excellent experience. I will absolutely stay here again.

Hip NYC hang, more than a hotel, nice outdoor space in back, tiny room but cozy with nice toiletries, great shower, cool rooftop!

The hotel was beautiful. We loved our stay. It’s close to everything and having a coffee shop inside the hotel was so convenient. The room was small but that is to be expected as it’s NYC. The staff was helpful in recommending a good place for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Location it was a good location. Some of the staff were just fab but others not so good! I think the outside lobby bar and rooftop bar could do with a refurb. Alex deserves a mention. He went out of his way when we arrived to recommend some great places to us. Rug on bed was rotting and had holes in it which made it seem a little grungy. Would recommend a room not street facing - it really was so noisy from about 1.00am. Think there maybe construction or something but it was pretty full on noise from then,

Waited an hour for valet to retrieve our vehicle.

Everything about the Made hotel was excellent, the location, the staff, the lobby and rooftop bars, not one complaint. We will definitely be back!!

The staff were incredibly quick and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of having the coffee shop and the bar amenities right on-site.

We had an amazing stay! Rooftop bar was fun- delicious drinks & great atmosphere! Restaurant tapas were yummy! room was so cozy & will be back!
