Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable hotel in a good location. Bathroom was very modern with excellent water pressure. The room was on the small side but nothing unusual for NYC.

Great location, allowed us to check in early, super helpful staff.

Great rooftop bar and coffee shop within lobby. Only complaint was shower design, as there was no way to not get bathroom floor wet.

It was super cozy and super clean. I’m actually sad I had to come back home. The caffe downstairs is so nice the baristas were super friendly and the pastries were actually the best in the city. Perfect 4 stars. The staff could have been nicer tho. They told me at night that I my late check out is at 1 and when I came downstairs it was actually at 2, which was a gouge bummer because I had a super late night work thing and this extra hour of sleep would save me.

Very cute hotel. Nice and clean. Staff were friendly. The windows in the wall separating the toilet from the rest of the room is a bit strange, even sharing the room with your most intimate family. There doesn’t seem to be a business area, so someone took a loud meeting in the hallway at 7 AM (not really the hotel’s fault but maybe a designated room could accommodate this kind of thing?) Construction on the building also began right outside our room very early. I’m an early riser so it didn’t bother me, but my husband could have used a couple more hours of sleep. The cafe was good. I would definitely stay here again for its location and amenities.

Really a great stay all around. The staff was super helpful, save for a cranky dude that was tasked with bringing me a toothbrush one night. The room was small but well designed for it's size. We were able to creatively, though comfortably, hang out clothes around the room. The access to coffe and tea was a lifesaver and everyone was just really helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

size of the room and bathroom was great, and appreciated the counter space and mirror lighting for the bathroom. shower is a little annoying because the floor is not sloped and there is no real door, only a shower curtain, but surprisingly the floor didn't get too wet beyond the shower area. personally it was okay for me that there was not a whole closet, but wish there were more than 3 hangers immediately available to hang clothes on, and it would have been nice if there was already a steamer/iron in the room. biggest room inconvenience is that the window curtains are quite sheer, so if you are sensitive to light, you will probably be woken up by the sun - wish there was another layer of thicker curtains, as that would have helped me sleep a lot better. also would have been nice if there were two bedside tables instead of just one - a little too minimal. at least the bed was comfortable! finally, got hit with a "concierge fee" for each day which was billed separately.. not entirely welcome. however, knew going in that a boutique hotel would be a bit of a splurge. overall was a nice stay but not sure if i would go back

The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, kind and helpful. Rooftop terrace is a lovely space to enjoy a cocktail and the skyline views. Bed was comfortable. Location is great. Hotel is very stylish but whoever did the designing didn't think through the practicality of their choices. The lighting in the lift is extremely low--so much so that you can barely read the floor numbers. Lighting in the room and bathroom is very low too--it's stylish but not very useful. The bed is low so anyone who has issues getting up and down may have trouble. The mattress sits on a platform making getting in and out awkward. There are weird "windows" in the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. One of these windows is at eye height so you can see right into and view the toilet. If the purpose of the window is to bring light in then place it higher. Just not well thought through.

Cute boutique hotel with coop rooftop bar and lower lounge area. Rooms very cutely decorated. Anyone sleeping on the left side of the bed had to crawl across to get in and there was no room there for night side bed things

Location, staff , and breakfast No sitting areas in the rooms and the beds are tucked in a corner on a weird platform

Great noise reduction from busy, loud city streets. Slept comfortably without the need for earplugs. Restaurants, coffee shop and lounge areas were wonderful.

Location Bathroom was too dark! Bed was too short! There was a daily $25 “resort” fee for WiFi and free coffee. Ridiculous

Amazing boutique hotel in a great location. Extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed 6 nights and will definitely be our preferred NY hotel for now on. Excellent location to walk up and down Manhattan Nothing
