Canal Loft Hotel

The rooms are decent and as long as the TV work can't really complain. The elevator is a little slow, other than that, it's ok. I'd definitely book again.

The room was filthy. The bed side table was filled with white sticky residue, the door was as well. There were stains in the toilet seat. Red/orange stains on the bedsheets as well as burn marks in the sheets. Immediately left after a few minutes in the room.

Terrible experience! I honestly feel ripped off. The staff was unkind, the bathrooms didn’t have soap, the room was dirty, my pillow was stained, the air conditioning didn’t work well, the blinds were ripped and didn’t block the light, and some of the lights weren’t working correctly. All this after paying $250! Horrible.

Clean and friendly environment

Bed was comfortable Tv was smashed, only saw half the screen. Shower hit and miss, holes in the wall, room key stopped working every day had to go back downstairs 3 times to get it working.

Good air conditioning clean room

Solid, very basic hotel. Clean rooms that seem like they were remodeled in the last 5 years. Blankets were thin, if you run cold you may want to bring an extra with you. Storage of luggage is allowed at the front desk before check in and after check out, but does not seem very secure. Staff is helpful however front desk was unattended multiple times.

N/A The door to the room had recently been broken by a recent incident involving firefighters, was unable to lock and only able to be secured by the latch, the shower curtain/rod fell on me during a shower, and the tub had issues draining. I did not feel safe and was unable to sleep due to the lack of security. I spoke with the front desk, who reached out to his manager, and the manager spoke to booking.com but no one reached out to me.

A pretty good location although most of Chinatown is a bit grubby. A good sized bed. Female staff at reception were rude and unhelpful. We were supposed to have a deluxe room, but not well maintained. We were only given one bath towel between two adults and that had holes in it.

Clean room. Tv didn't work at all. Told the receptionist 2 times. None of the electrical outlets worked. Need to have that fixed. Otherwise, how can you charge your items.

The AC and shower worked good as well. There was a small microwave and fridge. It was perfect for the price in short notice I would stay here again but only for a day or two. After reading the reviews I did bring my own sheets and pillow case There was no phone in room.
