Lovely hotel, comfortable room, great staff, and loved the community refrigerator in basement. At least there was coffee in the vending machine and you provided hot water, but I would’ve liked on-site coffee with cream.

Great accommodations for a quick trip! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The bag check before check-in and after checkout was a lifesaver! Common area downstairs for vending was a neat little touch, too. Bed was decent, and they provide you with everything bathroom wise. Forgotten tooth brush was no problem here! You are directly next to a rail line, so it is a little loud at moments. They did what they could to mitigate this, but just be prepared if you're not used to sleeping near "city" noises. No room specific a/c adjustment, but there is a fan, and they keep the building at a comfortable temperature.

In general we loved the location, although sometimes it was a 10-15m walk to the subway station. We never figured out if there was one closer as we just always followed google maps. But it wasn’t a big deal as we were always open to exploring anyway. Front desk staff was always super helpful and kind. Rooms were sized as expected for NYC, but fit our needs perfectly. The rooms are quiet even though hotel is located right next to the tracks. The beds were comfy and the showers were amazing! Giant shower head to relax after a long day in the city. 10/10 recommend and we will be back. Almost didn’t want to review to keep people away from finding out about this hidden gem There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property — it fit our needs perfectly.

The stuff was very kind and helpful. The room was extremely small. Barely fit for two people let alone the buggages. The view was nice according to the New York vide. The deal breaker for us was a giant cacroach that appeared in the bathroom.

Nice reception guy and all staff who greet you. 200$ damage deposit. ID Check. In Chinatown easy access to places. Room was nice, lots of toiletries. Shower is on a magnet so hard to get angle right. Bed comfy, AC and TV are great . Thank you so so much to the guy who let me stay at reception for a few hours as it was so hot outside and I can use the WIFI Right next to the busy bustling traffic and noise. People very loud, thin walls, at the lift just outside. Ice machine downstairs but have to pay for water. Very slow glitchy internet and not worth the price paid. Cannot work out the air con so very very cold.

Location, good value The room was too cold

It was a wonderful stay, really lovely vibe in the hotel as soon as we stepped in. The room is small but all we needed was a place to sleep after exploration so it was rather perfect. Staff was so lovely as well and I would definitely book again and recommend to others! :)

Decent rate for central NYC. Very central close to Chinatown, Little Italy and bridges. Despite being central, the double layered windows meant room was relatively quiet. Staff was very friendly with various food recommendation lists - dinner, late night, breakfast. Na

It felt safe, comfortable and clean. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The subway was just a short walk away so you could get to most places in 20-30 minutes! They gave us 3 lists of recommended places to eat within 10 minutes walk. We tried probably 10 of them and they were all amazing. We felt this hotel was amazing value for money especially since we visited during fifa world cup where prices were up everywhere in Manhattan. There was a smell at times in the bathroom (in the pipes?)

Inside the hotel, even though there are double panel windows, you can still hear the noise. You may need ear plugs for your sleep. If you are sensitive to the noise, do not book the hotel. The room is clean. There is everything (toothpaste and toothbrush, etc.) in the bathroom for your needs. But the carpet in the room is very old and dirty. There is central AC in the room which is very quiet. But you cannot adjust AC in your room. You can turn on a fan if it is too hot. The staff at front desk are very nice, You can store your luggage for a couple of hours after you check out. A bottle water is sold for $1 at the front desk. You can buy it @ $0.5 in the store just across the street.

Clean and relatively quiet.

We had a great stay here, everyone was very kind and helpful and the property was clean and comfortable, as well as in a convenient location-just a few blocks to a subway station. We especially appreciated getting to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out since we had a couple of hours to kill before we left town. Would stay here again for sure!

The staff was amazing and so friendly! Great location to the subway! The common area was fantastic!! Would definitely recommend!

Friendly, helpful front desk. Very clean, comfortable room, although small—fine for one person. Convenient location for getting places in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Neighborhood is run-down but as an older single woman I never felt unsafe. No coffee-maker in the room. Room looked out on elevated subway tracks, so frequent train noise. It didn’t really bother me—just rumbly, not screechy, & the heavy blackout curtains muffled it, but it might bother some people.

I am really comfortable in Chinatown so this hotel was good value for the price for me. It's close to several subway station and close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel also provides a guide of nearby restaurants and eateries. Tried a few of their recommendations and liked them. My room was tiny but comfortable. It had a view of the subway track but it was barely audible. I could have used a full length mirror in my room as none available and also none in the elevator or hallway. Unfortunately, I came back home with a couple of bed bug bites on my legs after a week-long stay.
