Hidden gem in the canal area! Super safe and clean! Very nice room and bathroom.
-
Very kind staff and they gave great recommendations of places to eat nearby as well.
-
Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, easy check in and check out. Appreciate that it is open 24/7 for late night and early morning arrivals or departures. Could use another trash can in the room.

Everything else about this hotel is very good

Great location! Steps to Chinatown!

The hotel was very clean and modern with a large bathroom that included a large bathtub and an amazingly large shower head. There was good insulation from the double paned windows from the train nearby. We did not hear any exterior sounds except the occasional door across the way that would shut. The staff offered to assist with restaurant locations nearby. The neighborhood location was not great though we felt safe inside this hotel. We did not rent a car so we did not have to worry about the vehicle safety. Staff were happy and kind.

The front desk people were so friendly. The hotel was clean and super convenient to Canal St. and Little Italy.

Everything. Clean, friendly, large bathroom and complementary toiletries. Strong shower. Air conditioning is central and controlled by the hotel. Room was a touch warm for sleeping. Staff said to call the desk next time and they can adjust.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room, great staff, and loved the community refrigerator in basement. At least there was coffee in the vending machine and you provided hot water, but I would’ve liked on-site coffee with cream.

In general we loved the location, although sometimes it was a 10-15m walk to the subway station. We never figured out if there was one closer as we just always followed google maps. But it wasn’t a big deal as we were always open to exploring anyway. Front desk staff was always super helpful and kind. Rooms were sized as expected for NYC, but fit our needs perfectly. The rooms are quiet even though hotel is located right next to the tracks. The beds were comfy and the showers were amazing! Giant shower head to relax after a long day in the city. 10/10 recommend and we will be back. Almost didn’t want to review to keep people away from finding out about this hidden gem ? There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property — it fit our needs perfectly.

Great accommodations for a quick trip! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The bag check before check-in and after checkout was a lifesaver! Common area downstairs for vending was a neat little touch, too. Bed was decent, and they provide you with everything bathroom wise. Forgotten tooth brush was no problem here! You are directly next to a rail line, so it is a little loud at moments. They did what they could to mitigate this, but just be prepared if you're not used to sleeping near "city" noises. No room specific a/c adjustment, but there is a fan, and they keep the building at a comfortable temperature.

The stuff was very kind and helpful. The room was extremely small. Barely fit for two people let alone the buggages. The view was nice according to the New York vide. The deal breaker for us was a giant cacroach that appeared in the bathroom.
