Madison LES Hotel

No refrigerator, no microwave. Air conditioning never went below 76 no matter what time. Small, but neat room, bathroom. Very convenient location. Train station is walkable distance.

Staff is pretty unfriendly. Rooms are clean. Bathroom very basic but clean. Would not return.

Quick check in. And good attention. Very clean hotel and good conditions the beds. The only thing I personally didn't like was that our air conditioning didn't cool almost anything. But for everything else very good. I would stay in the same hotel again.

Nothing. Rude, ignorant and unhelpful staff. Location. Tiny room you couldn't swing a cat in. Rock hard bed. Train every 3 minutes rattling overhead. Should be a 1 star hotel, 3 star is misleading.

Not as clean, my dad lost his phone under the bed and found other people’s clothes breakfast was just some yogurt bread and coffee we got there I spilled water and cleaned it with the towel and was already black, when we asked for the room to be made and cleaned towels changed they kept dirty ones and barely made the bed

Nice hotel with smaller rooms and bathrooms. If you don't plan on staying in your room much then it's a great place to lay your head and see the City

Breakfast was sad but I guess it helped us get out the door. Other than for the convenient location, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location and price were excellent as was the view from the roof. The AC was also a great must have with the heat and humidity. Some of the facilities were not as nice as the photos made them appear which was disappointing

Nothing The location was not ideal next to train line which was noisy. We could not open our room door due to dodgy handle and when complained told a member of staff available 24/7 to help us open door. The room was tiny, 2 beds but not doubles for 3 of us, we couldn’t even open our suitcases. We checked out and booked elsewhere for rest of our stay.

Fantastic location just 5 minutes from East Broadway subway on the F line. Rooftop terrace is a great place to chill with an amazing view over Manhattan bridge. Breakfast good with cereal, bread, bagels, waffles and muffins available as well as a selection of jams, cream cheese, tea, coffee and fruit juices. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good shower with plenty hot water and decent water pressure. Microwave and fridge were provided for the room on request. Room was quite small, but still adequate. Gym facilities were basic (treadmill, cross trainer and exercise bike only plus a selection of free weights). No other equipment as such other than the sofa which could almost be used as a makeshift workbench. All still perfectly fine though as long as you know what you're getting to start with.

Don’t forget to enjoy morning or evening sun at the terrace. There is a very good view. Breakfast was okay. Could have added a few more stuffs. But overall was good experience.

The location is great. You can walk to most locations in the lower East side or could take the Subway which is close. The room was really spacious and we where suprised because we had an extra bed for our daughter. You can arrange the room temperature and there is everyday cleaning. Every morning we got breakfast from lamars deli which was really great and I recommend! Everything was great

Great stay- clean room, comfortable bed. Very nice rooftop area with view of the bridge. Convenient location to the F train. Highly recommend.
