Nice area next to Chinatown if you are familiarized with the iconic eating spots nearby. It’s easy to walk from there to anywhere in lower Manhattan. I was charged 6 usd to store my bags the day I arrived despite having a booking of almost a week with them. I think they could have waived this charge. Sometimes there was noise on the hallways late at night.

What I liked most about the property was its location, cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. It felt comfortable and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast selection. It would be nice to have a more varied breakfast with more options to choose from. Overall, though, I had a very good experience and would consider staying there again.

While room was described as 1 queen 1 full, it was just one bed, shoved into the corner for the room with maybe 2 feet of space at the foot and one side. Never seen such a small room. Even more importantly, the shower towels were DIRTY - one with makeup stains on front and back the other with yellowish dribbles. When asked, the front desk retrieved two new ones ALSO STAINED, then another set with one stained AGAIN. We didn't dare look at the sheets we had just slept on fearing the worst. The only working outlets were near the foot of the bed on the wall side. So nowhere to even set your phone to charge... and nowhere for the person on the wall side to set glasses, water, anything. The only redeeming bits were a great roof deck and comfortable mattress.

Breakfast is just bread and bagels, could be better. Overall a good economic and value for money stay on Manhattan.

Property location is perfect place to compute to Newyork City, but room is very small for 4 people and we didn’t enjoyed their breakfast. No phone at room to call front desk and every time we have to go and ask them if we need anything. My kids disappointment by the room size and could not able to sleep due to ventilation. May be good for solo or couple travelers.
