I loved the bar setting and found the rooms to be very comfortable. The air conditioning in the breakfast area made it uncomfortable and it felt too cold.

There is a gym. Didn’t see it but I think that’s it’s for amenities. Great restaurants and really happening bar in the evenings. Most importantly all the staff are super kind and helpful from your first experience with the front desk to housekeeping. You’re setup on a text with the front desk on your arrival so anything you need, questions etc are just a txt away. Would definitely come back!

Exquisite in design. Finishes of the hotel were exceptional. Expensive but worth it. Swan Bar wonderful.

Wonderful

Perfect location with easy access to Brooklyn as well as Manhattan. Lower East side is the favourite part of Manhattan, so always stay there. Interior design is impeccable, rooms are designed with attention to details and feel so cosy I did not want to leave in the evening! Standard rooms are generally quite small sized. Otherwise, everything is superb.

MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. We ended up just staying at the hotel for breakfast every day since it was so good. They had a cocktail hour while we were there for hotel guest only and we were surprised to have martinis on the cocktail hour menu. Everything was a five star in my mind.

Loved the hotel, staff & restaurant! Corner room 3E view was blocked by medal grating on trim which trapped noisy pigeons and the shade in the shower was broken. The outside trim prevented enjoying any kind of view. Last time I stayed in March, I loved the view and that was one of the reasons I selected this hotel again.

Beautiful “swan” room. I had a small room .., the Nook. - loved it….. I ate all the snacks in the mini bar. Hahaha Really good . Just a practical , well thought out space …. Central to cool stuff. Bed was amazing . Food …. Soo good .
