Hotel Richland LES

Great location in the LES. Rooms are clean. Very quiet so you get a good night sleep.

Our stay went very smoothly and the staff was helpful. We loved the board in the lobby to leave notes about our stay. We are so grateful for this fun experience in the city!

Amazing customer service. Quite a compact room but for exploring the city and having somewhere clean and safe to sleep for 2, it beat expectations.

Bathroom need update the shower

This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing.

Good location

The room was clean and comfortable but where the listings said “interior room”, what it failed to mention was that it was in the basement-the only room there-next to the laundry and in a corridor stacked with boxes and containers. Lots of noise in the corridor from hotel staff in the morning. Also, where it was listed as Lower East Side, it is-in effect-in Chinatown. The only saving grace was the reasonable price.

Very nice stay, friendly and accommodating staff. More quiet than other higher priced locations, comfy bed, great shower- will be back!

Room was clean but tiny. No amenities at all, but the bed was comfortable enough.

Brian took good care of us. He was kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.
