The area is convenient, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was bland, the beds were not that comfortable they have older mattresses

Good breakfast options but the toaster was broken for few days during our stay. Most of the staff we interacted with did not speak English so it was very hard to communicate. TV had was not working and the technical was not able to fix it. Wasted too much of our vacation time in trying to fix the TV. They even tried to knock out door at 11pm(really!!) at night so they can replace the TV. Very disappointed with the overall stay at such an expensive hotel. Poorly managed site. I would recommend staying somewhere else. Requested refund on my stay but lets see.

Perfect location, close to subways. Front desk staff were so helpful. We had an early arrival flight. We were able to drop our luggage off and check in early. Breakfast was good. Comfy beds! Would stay again

The overall experience was decent after staying for few days at Fairfield Hotel!

The usual decent breakfast. Seating area gets crowded towards the end of breakfast. Rooms spacious for NYC standards and we had all we needed. Location at night towards downtime is a bit shady, but then so is NYC in general. Route to the nearest subway station is well lit and reasonably policed, so it's not too bad.

The Bath Towels were too used , (They looked Grey intead of White) For the Price of 3 night stay it wasn't worth the Price.
