Everything was really good and perfect for the price we paid Although everything was good, when doing the check out we were able to storage our luggage but only paying. I consider it should be a free service for guests.

Pretty good breakfast overall. Rooms were decent. Good location for subway access, but can get a bit loud with the passing trains (welcome to New York)

The A/C worked and we slept well.

A chain smoking front desk attendant at check in! Broken glass at the front entrance and stoned out riff raff hanging out in the lobby. This hotel is NOT at all what I’d expect with a Marriott flag. Stay away- pay more to feel safe! Did not meet expectations in any way!

The hotel stay was great. Close to basketball city, Chinatown, Little Italy, etc. lots of good food options close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

We had a double queen bed room, and it was so small that if two of us were standing the other two had to be seated somewhere. There were barely enough room to put our bags down. Even considering the location and proximity to a subway station I would say that the rooms that sleep 4 should be little bit bigger. There was daily cleaning, which was nice. However, bare minimum was done. The only thing that was properly done daily was making the beds. Everyday they would replace some towels and leave some behind even if we put all of them were in the bathtub to be replaced. Almost everyday we had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels, and again the front desk staff was very good. We could tell that the sink was never cleaned, and probably somedays they skipped cleaning the toilet too. The breakfast was decent but we had it better in many other Marriott locations. Overall, I am disappointed with the stay in the hotel but the NY experience is so fantastic we still had a great trip. But the experience did not feel like a typical Marriott stay, and being a Bonvoy member I almost always stay at Marriotts if possible.

The property was lovely once you were inside. The facilities, staff and breakfast were fabulous. The location is good for China Town and the Brooklyn Bay Bridge. Subway was a 10 min walk. Fantastic Asian restaurants and really reasonably priced delicious food available if you’re feeling brave enough to go for a little walk. We were staying over the busiest dates of the year 3-5th July) and the vibe was fabulous (in a bustling and crowded NYC fashion.) The area surrounding the hotel is classic NYC. Loud, bustling, busy, grubby and hot. This area is a little more “scary” than the more uptown Manhattan hotels we have stayed in previously.

Great stay, the front desk staff was super helpful

Our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast offered was balanced and nutritious. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the subway station is just a few blocks away.

Beds were comfortable, hotel was close to subway and short walk to restaurants in Chinatown and little Italy.
