What was most frustrating was how the situation was handled. When I reported the issues, the hotel repeatedly attempted to charge me an additional $70 per night to move to a different room. After deciding to leave the property altogether, I was told I would only receive a refund if I paid an additional $40. To make matters worse, I accidentally left a pair of sunglasses in the room when I checked out. I contacted the hotel shortly afterward to inquire about them, but I was told that nothing had been found. Given how quickly I reported the missing item—and considering I had originally booked the room for two nights—this response was especially concerning. It suggests that the room may have been reassigned almost immediately after my departure, yet the property still refused to provide a full refund despite the issues that caused me to leave. I raised my concerns immediately and gave the property every opportunity to resolve the situation, but instead I was met with additional charges, poor customer service, and unresolved issues. The overall experience left me feeling that guest concerns were not taken seriously.

I was actually shocked with how clean the room was. I was so scared it was going to have bed bugs because I know that’s a thing in New York, but I checked and it was all clear. I stayed here with my daughter last minute and the staff was very kind to her (she’s 3). And she enjoyed the breakfast very much. The elevators worked and the AC was blasting. I even had a decent view. I would stay here again!

The staff at this hotel was top notch, rooms were very clean, housekeeping does a wonderful job. The front desk staff is very helpful and maje check in easy. The room is cozy however the price and location makes up for this, after all you come to the city to be out and about. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and good ubication Doesn't have parking
-
Friendly staff and room was clean and modern. The neighborhood is not nice and has transient folks but that isn’t the hotels fault. It’s very close to little Italy. We only stayed one night as we had a cx flight. It’s a nice place for the cost for NYC.

I didn't like how the woman at the front desk I told her the room wasn't stock and a piece of the cielen feel by its self I took pictures something came out looking like a camera mom and I was so disappointed then I told the front desk lady she said hold on a guess just came in long story short hello
