I was given a room in the creepy cellar. I took the elevator down and the hallway way full of garbage bags. The floor was wet and very slippery. There were only 2 rooms for customers, the rest of the rooms were for storage. There were people talking loudly in the hallway until after 1 am.

The location met my needs. I am really not a breakfast person. I grabbed an apple and some yogurt. The room didn't have air conditioning. It had a FAN. The television needed a DaVinci code to turn on. Never got it to work. It was very small for a single room. Wasn't happy with the room at all.

Had a nice stay for the short period of time. The ice machine is on the 13 floor so i had to go back to the first floor to ask about it cause there was none on the floor my room was on. Other than that. Very clean rooms and showers.

The breakfast was fair. Not enough choices but the kitchen was pleasant. The cleanliness of the entire place, coziness of the kitchen and morning staff kindness. Price, staff professionalism, at least a mini fridge and a microwave in the room or somewhere in the hotel.

Serviceable - location was convenient though 10 minutes walk to subways. Continental breakfast is cereal, yogurt, and packaged bagels - meh. Hotel was clean enough but with just enough cheap cleaning detergent smells and plexiglass front desk to feel dodgy.

The AC in the room was no working and the staff attempted to repair it yet it keep cutting off.

Beautiful view in a beautiful, clean room. Breakfast mornings was nice- however they locked the room after early mornings. Overall I would definitely book again.

It was very hot. The ac or cooling system never worked. We had to open the windows.

There's nothing 'fancy' about the hotel, but my room was clean, quiet, and the AC worked. The bed linens were perfectly clean so that is a must. I stayed on the 11th floor, and there weren't many people coming and going on my floor, so that probably helped keep the noise down. Overall, an easy and clean stay for the basics I needed.
