Reasonably priced accommodation. Air conditioning was broken and never fixed, despite asking twice over two days.

Asked staff to call a cab and they forgot and the wallpaper is beginning to peel but other than that clean rooms kind staff close to China town.

Exceptional

It was VERY damp. We were there during a heatwave but the air conditioning should have been more functional and also should have taken care of the humidity. The staff were incredible, but we won’t be returning.

The hotel is nice, but the hotel has no amenities. They don't have wash cloths or Coffee. The location is good.

The staff were amazing at ensuring our requests were met. We did have to frequently ask to restock toilet paper and towels since we were not provided with enough for 4 people in the room. The balcony was lovely. Our room’s AC unit did seem to be faulty as we had it set to 86° F and the room was 63° F. We were told it would be looked at but it was not. Our bathroom did have some mold in the shower, but this is an older hotel. The bed sizes were also much smaller than what we thought. They were barely full sized beds and we thought we were getting queen beds. The location was perfect but paying over $2,000 for this hotel was not worth it in my opinion.

Totally overpriced

Loved the location, cleanliness, comfort, rooftop, staff. There is not a coffee machine, only instant coffee and a hot pot.

Perfect hotel for Feast of San Gennaro!

Staff was very kind and helpful. The beds were pretty comfortable as well. Great location if you want access to shops/bars/restaurants. The balcony on the rom was also nice. I will preface this by saying we did not take any of this up with the hotel because we were only here for 3 nights and were at the tail end of a longer trip and did not want to worry about switching rooms. Things that were not up to expectation: 1. AC was not capable of managing the heat load in the room. We stayed here when it was low 80s and the AC unit could not keep the room below 76. We were also not permitted to adjust the room temperature to try and get it colder. I believe they lock these settings for energy efficiency but it ultimately meant we did not sleep well since the room was so hot every night. 2. Bathroom had a lot of dirt/mold/hair in the shower. Much of the caulk in the bathroom was stained black with mold/mildew. The drain was not cleaned prior to is coming and there was a lot of hair clumped around the drain. 3. Bathroom light would constantly flicker which made getting ready in the bathroom frustrating. 4. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work 5. Bed sheets and comforter had many stains all over it. You could tell the bed was bleached/clean, but there were still many stains that looked like wine and/or blood. 6. Wallpaper in most areas was peeling

Location to great LES restaurants. Nice front desk staff. $600 night (after taxes) for a tiny room with pealing wallpaper, very old toilet and sub par bathroom products. Very dated decor. Powdered coffee.

Every aspect of our stay was genuinely amazing. The front desk staff were so helpful! The overall property and room were safe and clean, the bed comfortable, the AC worked gloriously well and the balcony was so nice to have attached to our room. It was lovely sitting on the balcony and watching/listening to the hustle and bustle of the city. Even being on the second floor there was minimal noise inside the room at night. There was a mini fridge and iron and lots of storage for our luggage. Space was no issue. The bathroom was clean and shower was fantastic. No carpet in the rooms!!! 🙌 Not to mention that the location is top tier! Right on the cusp of China Town and close to lots of wonderful restaurants, cafes, stores, green spaces and two subway stations. The hotel is small enough that there was never a wait for the elevator (what a blessing— we’ve stayed elsewhere where you could expect a 15+ minute wait during busy times.) Also there is a rooftop with awesome sunset and sky line views! It was a great spot to soak in the city. Anyways, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Great little gem in East Village with regular size hotel rooms and a balcony attached! Loved our stay and appreciated the kind staff.
