Rooms were typically bigger than your normal New York hotel. Everyone was super friendly. Central to everything. A lot of doors were being slammed when I guess the housekeepers were cleaning the rooms and the beds were a little hard. I also wish they had smart TVs but other than that, everything was great.

The location of the hotel is terrific - right in the heart of the best of the Lower East side - restaurants, clubs, museums, sightseeing. The rooms were generously sized for New York City and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is good value for money, and I would stay there again.

The hotel is located in China town on the lower east side.When you think of New York,this is the kind of area you think about.It’s buzzing with activity all the time.The staff are all very friendly.We had a room with a balcony,which was great in the evening to sit and watch this exciting and vibrant city.The room was super clean.Comfortable bed.Bathroom had amenity kit which included toothbrush,toothpaste,razor,cotton buds.There is also an excellent rooftop terrace where you get fantastic views of the city at night.It is surrounded by restaurants,take aways,mini markets.Subway station nearby,but also walking distance to many more famous sites. Nothing.

Location was good. Roof top ‘terrace’ has great views, but could be made much more. As a family of 4, with two queen beds, the room was VERY small and claustrophobic. We were barely in the room as always out exploring, but at the same time, we couldn’t have stayed in the room for long given the size.

I liked that we had a king sized bed and that it was a short walk to the hotel from the subway. Our room was 80 degrees at 9:30 at night, despite the fact that we had set the thermostat to 65 at 5 pm that day. I tried to call down to the front desk, but the phone didn't work. I went down to the front desk and they said they were fully booked so they couldn't switch my room, but they would get me a fan. After waiting for almost 15 minutes he came back and said, sorry, couldn't find you a fan. So that was that. They could or would do nothing about it. Next morning I was in the middle of a shower when I realized the body soap container was COMPLETELY empty. The attention to detail or lack thereof is what will ensure I do not return.

The location is close to the subway that runs north on Manhattan and provides access to Yankee Stadium, Times Square, and Central Park. The rooms are small, but most have balconies.
