Clean room

Had a bit of a problem with the thermostat controls and the toilet had some full flushing issues, but otherwise, we loved the room and had a great stay.

The staff make this hotel a gem in the lower East side, so friendly, so helpful and welcoming The organised driver to bring us to JFK was unhelpful and surly- also cab was not big enough to take our luggage comfortably even though we had preordered this. He left our luggage on the roadside at jfk and wouldn’t even help us lift them onto the kerb with us

The room was clean and smelled fresh. Great location too!

Near subway and middle of lower east side Improvement can be on the outside but inside was great! That’s what matters most.

Great accommodation! I would especially like to highlight Sara, who has such wonderful energy. She gave us a warm welcome and provided us with all the information and guidance we needed throughout our stay.

The staff were helpful and kind but the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Old, chipped paint, peeling in bathrooms, worn out furniture…Not sure what the amenities fee is for?

I have been to East Village many times don't know how I missed booking at this wonderful hotel - in a very convenient spot with 15-20 walk to edges of East Village and Soho. Staff are all great and super helpful. But the best thing was the ROOM!! OMG so much space and floor to ceilings walls with unobstructed views!! Highly recommend getting a corner with huge walls of glass! Only thing I would say their front elevation could be swankier - couldn't even see where the hotel was - and didn't get to try their breakfast but the cafe looked super cool. And the subway was super convenient and fast to Williamsburg or Times Square. Nice quiet neghborhood with awesome walkable food options!

There is no coffee maker in room- you have to go down to the lobby to get some. Also there was quite a bit of partying going on (Friday night) so if you like to go to bed on earlier side be careful. Otherwise everything else was great.

view was great and reception staff were brilliant. Free wine in reception from 5-7 every evening. The bar was closed. looked lovely but not open?

The aesthetic of the place was very pretty. The first room we booked had blood on the sheets. So they moved our room and the tub to take a bath the water was legit brown The robe was dirty

Will definitely stay here again. Large room, lots of light, clean, helpful staff, great location - at a reasonable price for New York.

The room was very spacious and the view was great. The neighborhood was lively and very entertains to explore. The staff was very helpful when we had to switch rooms.

Windows and balcony were outstanding while the location offered everything within a minutes walk. Broken/missing window shade should have been better thought out before it was even installed.

Great location and a nice size room for the $. Staff was accommodating, friendly & professional. Bartender was a doll. On our second night we realized the TV did not work. They offered to have someone come up, but it was late. No big deal…
