Hotel On Rivington

The room is very spacious, this is important since most hotels in NY are not. They have complimentary wine from 5-7pm which is nice to have a glass before you head out to dinner. The only thing I would like is a little more storage, my room only had one “night stand” which is really a ledge attached to the wall. Also, a suitcase rack would be nice since the price of the room is on the higher side, you would expect some of those perks

Rooms dirty. Walls needed paint. The bar was closed every single night. They offered a $29 breakfast that was just danishes and slices of lunch meat.

Good Vibes in a bustling neighborhood

Great hotel in a great location. There was a friendly staff. Amazing restaurants, and pubs in the area. I wish we were there for more time.

Clean room

Had a bit of a problem with the thermostat controls and the toilet had some full flushing issues, but otherwise, we loved the room and had a great stay.

The staff were helpful and kind but the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Old, chipped paint, peeling in bathrooms, worn out furniture…Not sure what the amenities fee is for?

I have been to East Village many times don't know how I missed booking at this wonderful hotel - in a very convenient spot with 15-20 walk to edges of East Village and Soho. Staff are all great and super helpful. But the best thing was the ROOM!! OMG so much space and floor to ceilings walls with unobstructed views!! Highly recommend getting a corner with huge walls of glass! Only thing I would say their front elevation could be swankier - couldn't even see where the hotel was - and didn't get to try their breakfast but the cafe looked super cool. And the subway was super convenient and fast to Williamsburg or Times Square. Nice quiet neghborhood with awesome walkable food options!

There is no coffee maker in room- you have to go down to the lobby to get some. Also there was quite a bit of partying going on (Friday night) so if you like to go to bed on earlier side be careful. Otherwise everything else was great.

Location The bathroom was very outdated and had sticky floors and grout all on the walls

The aesthetic of the place was very pretty. The first room we booked had blood on the sheets. So they moved our room and the tub to take a bath the water was legit brown The robe was dirty

The room was very spacious and the view was great. The neighborhood was lively and very entertains to explore. The staff was very helpful when we had to switch rooms.
