Place was excellent except for the club late at night. Way too loud for families trying to get some rest.

Average hotel. Front desk and lobby staff not very helpful or friendly. Promoted pool was small and closed promptly at 5pm. Great location.

I also paid an additional premium to include breakfast. Unfortunately, when we arrived, I was given a voucher worth only $15 per person. This didn't cover the cost of breakfast and certainly didn't reflect the extra amount I had paid to include breakfast when booking. In fact, it would have been cheaper for me to book a room-only rate and simply pay for breakfast at the hotel each morning. This felt very misleading. The biggest disappointment, however, was the pool. We had specifically booked for a weekend, only to be told that after 1:00pm the pool was effectively reserved for the rooftop bar. Hotel guests could no longer simply use it and instead had to book and pay for a table through the bar. To make matters worse, children were not permitted in the rooftop venue, meaning my son and I couldn't use the pool during the afternoon at all. Had this restriction been made clear when booking, I would almost certainly have chosen a different hotel. I had also requested a quiet room, but unfortunately spent both evenings listening to loud bass and music from the hotel's nightclub, making it difficult to relax and sleep. The staff were polite and the location is

Shower was so tiny I could barely move around. Constant smell of sewer gas throughout the bathroom. The desk chair squeaked loudly so my wife was unable to sleep in when I got up to do work. Night stand charging ports were broken. We brought up the issues several times to staff and even talked to a manager but nothing was ever done. They offered us a downgraded room at one point but that was obviously unacceptable. We are repeat guests and will not be returning after this stay.

Our stay was great! Clean rooms, great amenities, and close to amazing restaurants. Please note that parking is $70 for small cars and $90 for SUVs. Great place to stay!

Property looked good in the lobby. Unique statues and artwork was visually appealing. However upon entering our room it had alot of water damage on the walls and peeling paint. We went to the balcony to see the views and there was some sort of drain we did not see right above the door. I’m guessing they put it there for whatever was leaking into the walls from the floor above. Unfortunately there was no warning sign posted and gallons of water just poured out onto us. In my opinion the drain should go to the corner of balcony not over the door or a downspout should be placed there to catch the water and run it straight to the balcony deck. We don’t like to complain when we have already paid so we just tried to make the best of it and finish our vacation. However I wish we would have got our room moved to a floor away from the noise. Our room was on the 16th floor right above a night club evidently. Walls and doors vibrating and rattling all hours of the night. The lines for the elevators get ridiculous in the later hours. They tell hotel guest to skip the line and not wait with public people that are going to club. But you can tell some of the people like the elderly are guest so we didn’t want to just skip everyone being that some were hotel guest. The club should have its own elevator so guest aren’t disturbed by drunks on their way up. It was just very awkward and an environment we were not anticipating being in. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be rooming here again.

Great location, staff accommodating and friendly. Good size room. Definitely stay again

Good location on the Lower East side with easy access to the subway. Cute shops, coffee, and eats nearby. I only interacted with staff on check in and check out, they were very nice. The lobby is nice, the room seemed a little run down, though it had a comfortable bed any everything I needed. I was on the 12th floor. I was warned that there was a club on the floor directly above. I could hear the club music in the hall and elevator area, but not really in my room and can honestly say it didn't affect my sleep at all.

The air conditioner in our room went out 3X's. They fixed it twice, which lasted maybe two hours top. We slept in the room with no air conditioning for two nights. NEVER once did they offer to exchange our room. The third night was not an option for us to sleep with no AC so we asked to be moved and they did move us. NO compensation, no we are sorry for your inconvenience NOTHING!!! THEN they charged an extra $70 because we had makeup on a washcloth!!!!! I will NEVER use this hotel again. My other stays in Hotel Indigo's have been wonderful, this Lower East Side Manhattan NYC was not the standard for Hotel Indigo's AT ALL!!!!! AND there was mold in the shower!

Very good location.

The amenities were not clearly explained considering they added an amenity fee that was not highlighted at the time of booking. That should be made more clear before booking hotels with amenity fees.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful room, view and helpful staff.

Misleading description of Hotel which is why I would say DO NOT STAY HERE. Hotel attached to Da Club Mr Purple. During the day the rooftop is quiet and pool is nice come sundown all things change. Look it’s NYC and noise is apart of the experience but this is next level. Hotel honestly should decide if it wants to be a nightclub or hotel because there is ZERO west until about 4 am. The Dub Step BASS you cannot escape. Light shaking , vibrational wall booming in your throat BASS. When I booked I paid extra fo a city view king room. When I checked in the not so friendly male attendant literally said to me “ you look like you like it quiet !” He explained that basically above to club is the loudest and below you get club street noise so no escaping it. When I booked my room no where in the hotel description did it say NighClub. So we pivoted and took a street view lower room. 10th floor to be exact. Well let me tell you. Zero sleep Friday & Saturday night until 4 am. Pumping loud music. We bought ear plugs and took sleep aid. Nothing worked. Feeling exhausted for two days and drained. Here to see NYC for a special trip we had planned and saved for to be ruined by the lack of transparency at the time of booking. Hotels.com should really do better research when representing a hotel with the description. I am disappointed exhausted and feeling taken for over $1000. Flip side of this mess is hotel was clean, some staff were nice & location was great. 2/10

The hotel room itself was adequate. Not being able to ignore the loud music many floors above until it gets quieter around 2am or so is a problem.
