No one at front desk to check in. Stood around for a long time. Room is small but clean and bed was comfortable. Not sure why there is a resort fee. Far from a resort.

Room was tiny. The bed was against the wall and barely any walking space. The hot water in the shower took forever to heat up. We will never stay there again

Great stay! Excellent location. Love rooftop view.

Hotel was fine, room was really really tiny but clean. Hotel is a bit old so there are some janky things, like key cards not always working. There are smaller details that could be improved to make everything feel nicer, but overall ok. The roof deck is really great. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Location is excellent

Everything is perfect.

So pleasantly surprised. Front desk person was wonderful, so friendly and welcoming!! Very comfy bed, uber clean and modern space. Cool views. Loved everything about the place. It was exactly where we wanted to be. Nothing to do with the hotel but the streets were full of trash. Not good.
-
Excellent for the price, no frills small room, perfect for single travelers A bit noisy. The doors SLAM and you can hear people coming in and out throughout the night. Can also hear noise from the street.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is reasonably priced, but comes with limitations. It is closer to hostel-level than hotel level. The rooms are predictably small and good enough to be used as a crash pad (though very dated when compared to similar sized rooms at CitizenM or Arlo). The AC was very good. The water temperature and pressure in my unit was terrible, and the shower head itself looked like it was purchased for $2 at the corner bodega. My key card to access my room failed every single day of my 4-day stay, requiring me to go downstairs every single time to get it re-registered. One of the attendants said that it was a known problem and that the machine was being replaced soon. Another said that it was the first time she'd heard of it. There were ants all over the free coffee station. Luggage storage is out in the open in the lobby (with onky one front desk attendant at all times), so felt unsecure. Great lively neighborhood in the middle of the LES action, but I won't stay here again unless I absoutely need to.

* That we had to leave our luggage in the small entrance area upon check in, and were not able to bring it up to a room. Although regular check in is at 3pm, there should be some rooms available after 1pm, especially, since we put this request in our reservation. * Coffee station was not too well equipped; no additional milk was available in the morning upon request.

Close to city, with lots of nearby restaurants, bars and entertainment Rooms are very small

Great location on the LES.

AC was out. The room was 96 degrees, they just cleaned it so no way they didn't realize it was too hot in the room. Manager was avoiding conversations for compensation. Charged full price. Go anywhere else, unless you're in high school and dont care about anything but a roof over your head.

Staff was excellent! They have a 24-hr concierge which i found very helpful. Small rooms, but you're probably not spending much time there anyways.
-
View, bed comforting and big bathroom
-
Nothing really bad overall, bugs, no AC, 95+ degrees, tiny
-
