The staff were wonderful! Great location!

Location was great, right in the centre of the Lower East Side. The facilities described for the room either didn't exist or were poor quality. Even basics like a desk and a cupboard weren't there even though they are on the facilities list for the booekd room. After raising this with staff, they could't offer an alternative. The room felt like it was falling apart - the tap and toilet roll holder were falling off, the TV only worked intermittently, furniture was scuffed and unclean. The bed headboard material was peeling off. Main bathroom light was flickering like the bulb was about to blow.

The staff were perfect and made sure they did the best to accommodate us, the bed was very comfortable and the communal areas were really nice to have (the rooftop for sunsets and lounge for working or having a meal). It was also very helpful to have the coffee and microwave available. The WiFi was sometimes working and sometimes not (the signal would sometimes be good and sometimes not reachable from our room on the 5th floor). The shower curtain in the bathroom allowed a lot of water to escape onto the floor and it was a bit strange to use tucked in sheets instead of a proper fitted duvet cover. Sometimes there was no warm water at all and it was only ever lukewarm at best (but not sure if this is the hotel’s fault or just how New York is designed).

The roof was amazing, it’s the reason I chose it. Would have been nice if they mentioned it closed at 11pm. Huge bummer that one. They close the roof at 11pm. Also, THREE MORNINGS IN A ROW THERE WAS NO CREAMER! I need creamer for my coffee! The second day the very sweet clerk got some milk out of the refrigerator for me, and he told me they always have milk back there. The third day I ask the clerk, a different person, for milk and they said they didn’t have any!

Location is great. Rooftop Terrace is a bonus No Fridge or safe in the room. Had a problem with broken blinds but the staff was nice enough to move me to a superior room.

the location is perfect if you like to be close to lively bars and restaurants! There was very little hot water: basically you could only shower for 5 minutes in the morning. For the rest of the day, the water was tepid almost cold. We told couple of times to the staff but it was never fixed and they seemed pretty uninterested. The whole place is pretty decadent and the rooms are extremely small.

The location is amazing! Rooms are incredibly small, the person that received us was not super kind, we had to wait a lot with an empty desk. The wifi is pretty bad, we had to use our mobile network.

There were days that I didn’t have internet and other days the wasn’t any running water. They wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation or offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

Location Staff were rude.

The front desk was helpful and it was a clean bed for a quick overnight. If you’re seeing a show at Bowery ballroom it’s a good location. Beyond that though it is branded as luxury and certainly is not. I didn’t expect it to be deep down, but I also didn’t expect it to be that poor. Air conditioning didn’t work and it was 88 degrees in the room when I got there and didn’t go lower than 82.

Good location for what we needed. Comfortable bed with crisp newer bedding, good AC. Functional elevator. Pay attention to dimensions of rooms! We were only able to walk on one side of the bed (it was more of a turn your ankles shuffle?) and the only area large enough open suitcases was on the bed. Unless someone was in bed or in the bathroom, the space wasn’t big enough for two people to stand. We’re married, so we thought it was hilarious. Careful with the bathroom floors, the shower curtains are about six inches too short so they flood. The swelling of the bottom of the door looked comical.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Everything was well organized, and the location was also very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again! One thing that could be improved is the handling of packages. I had a package delivered to the hotel, but it took several days for the staff to locate it, even though I had already received confirmation that it had been delivered. The staff was eventually able to find it, but the process was quite frustrating and could be improved.

The location was perfect. The staff was very lovely. The shower was awful, barely any hot water, and you had to wait around 15-20 minutes for it to warm up, I think they need to change the boiler or water heater as it was not useful.

It’s a great location everything it’s right there…. Restaurants, bars, mini stores and subway stations… very easy to move around the city..
