Me and my husband stayed here for the 4th of July. 2 nights. It was a nice little cute hotel, I didn’t expect it to be that small but it was nice. The staff were super friendly and nice. We were there 5 hours early he let us leave our stuff use the bathroom and sit in the lobby. The room had adjustable ac. Nice terrace on the 7th floor. Lots of stores near by. The room was clean but when you shower condensation from the shower gets everywhere in the room. I would most likely probably stay here if i’m looking for something cheap, and available.

Location Bit small, bed were small too
-
No room for suitcases to go.

Ideal location, rooms were nice enough but felt like they’ve been done on the cheap. It is very loud as people say but the location makes it worth it.

Loved the bed!! It was so comfy and soft. Also the fact that there was enough space to move around, other budget hotels I have been to around NYC don't have that much space. The staff was super pleasant! Markus, Justin and the other guy I forgot. The location I also liked and it gets buzzy at night. The iron and board in the room The cleanliness could have been better really, out of ten I give them an eight. Their cleaning staff should do better. There was some dust on some parts around the room. The rooms are also a bit loud, I could hear when my neighbor arrived and the doors were loud and when she was talking on the phone in her room.

This is a lovely small hotel in a lively neighborhood. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The rooms were a decent size, the bathroom also a decent size and immaculate, and the interior showed an effort toward color and decor. If the price remains the same as what we booked, I wouldn't hesitate a minute to recommend the place to friends who want to stay in the lower Manhattan area.

Great location Large bathroom If you are in a larger body, there will not be to move

Excellent location for action. Restaurants everywhere. Quiet hotel which was great. AC great, kept room nice and cool Rooms are for 1 individual possibly couple. TV broken so they had to switch to my room. Bathroom rack fell off the wall with one touch. Overall it served its purpose. If I want another getaway alone and want to save a little money, would I stay here again, yes

This property was well maintained, it's in a convenient location with easy access to transit from bus to train. The rooms are very small but well maintained. And useful for overnight stays, events and other purposes to your choice.

Perfect room for a trip to New York

Friendly staff clean rooms, great location
-
Great location, everything that is great about New York for a local is nearby. Soho, West Village, China Town and Lower East Side are all walking distance

The person who checked me in was welcoming and informative. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. The bathroom was nicer than I expected. A little terrace on the 7th floor was a sweet spot to hang out with the friend I was visiting. It’s loud, but that’s the street, not the hotel. I put a white noise app on my phone and was good to go. Maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, only a short walk to subway station and two stops Canal Street/China Tow/Little Italy and SoHo. Iconic Katz Deli within walking distance and a MUST Eat! We had a room with a king bed, that perfectly accommodated to adults. You have access to an ice machine, but it would be nice to have a hotel size refrigerator in the room.
-
Small and a bit of an aged space but still very clean and centrally located.
-
Looks nicer in photos than actuality; rough around the edges and overpriced for the quality.
-
all nothing

Rooms basic and small but comfortable!

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable. The lobby and our room smelled like mold and dust, and was generally rundown. Basically, it was gross Our key cards never worked and we were running down to the front desk often to get them changed.
