The hotel was amazingly clean and an incredible cool vibe and hip. It was a perfect place to be able to walk to so many different areas around lower east side.

Staff was down to earth, but professional and so helpful. Room was fabulous with a lovely terrace. The only think was that the lift was broken but tbh we enjoyed taking the stairs.

Loved our trip to The Ludlow! Great location, good vibes and lovely staff.

We were very impressed by the hotel, including the pre-check in options, which we took advantage of a floral arrangement. The room was great, with wonderful tile work in the bathroom and great shower products and all necessary toiletries available. Staff was kind, courteous and attentive. Nothing

Staff great, free newspapers, chic decor, good bath products and sheets and mattresses, good sized closet/ room( for NYC). Good location in LES though LES is a bit grungy Room too dark , hard to read at night even with all the lights on. Food at restaurant ( only had dinner) average but maybe I ordered wrong.

The front desk workers are friendly. The hotel is located in walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. The bed is comfortable. This was my second time staying at the hotel. Unsure if I would stay again. One of the two elevators being broken during my stay caused a major inconvenience. It was a 20 minute wait to get on an off the elevator as it had to stop at every floor, sometimes being so packed that you couldn't get on. This caused a lot of stress since I was there for work and had to be on time for appointments. The wifi was terrible. Again, I needed proper wifi connection to work and the slow wifi made it very difficult and frustrating. The hotel restaurant Dirty French doesn't read directions because my order was delivered incorrect multiple times. The hotel staff entered my room while I was in it multiple times. Unacceptable.

The area around the hotel is a party district, and it was very loud and rowdy past 2AM on several nights. This is great for food options but not great for relaxing afterward. If we didn’t have noise cancelling headphones we’d have struggled to sleep. The nearby area is also very dirty, with trash piled up everywhere. Again, not their fault but it did make walking to our various destinations pretty unpleasant, as there was no way to really avoid the neighborhood around the hotel. We definitely loved the room and would book again, but we thought other guests ought to be informed before booking.

Beautiful, stunning, gorgeous, can’t wait to come back.

Some minor issues I hope they fix - only one (slow) elevator working, the gym not being much use for a good workout, check in was 40 mins late (though we got drink vouchers to compensate), and the room no fully stocked so we had to call down for some basic items, A little disappointing given the price point and reviews, but overall enjoyed the stay. And the room really was nice!

Lovely boutique style spot. Great location. The terrace was a nice Touch and the amenities were luxurious. Thoughtful staff and delicious room service foods. Even the bell hop/ valet staff, were on point. Thank you Ludlow NYC

Clean room, very quiet and no street noise on the room. Didn’t hear hallway noise or neighboring rooms. Great lounge bar. Excellent location for exploring Nolita.
