PROS: Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was good with lots of stuff to do around the area. Staff were friendly.

The hotel has a great lobby and waiting area, perfect for relaxing or meeting friends before heading out. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and many offer fantastic city views. The location is hard to beat. You’re surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, lounges, and nightlife in the Lower East Side. Plus, everything you need is within walking distance—Whole Foods, CVS, Equinox, great shopping, and even the best churro spot right next door. After three stays, Sixty LES continues to deliver a consistently great experience, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Booked this weekend for the pool and Lower Manhattan access — instead got a broken room and constant unresolved issues. Front desk and maintenance staff were responsive and tried to help, but that shouldn't be necessary this often. Pool: At check-in, told for the first time the pool closes to regular guests at 2 PM Saturday for a private 21+ event with an extra fee — none disclosed at booking. Even during open hours, the water had a slimy film and the walls were coated in dark grime; our swimsuits picked up dirt just touching the sides. Gym: In the basement, zero Wi-Fi/cell service, ceiling actively leaking with cups on the floor catching drips. Room: AC was inefficient (eventually fixed after we asked). One TV completely broken. Wi-Fi barely worked — needed a long tech support call. Sofa bed setup wasn't done until a late-night follow-up call. Asked for extra towels three times; took 6 hours. Coffee pods/cups never restocked despite repeated requests. Expedia promised welcome wine never appeared. Restaurant and rooftop closed for renovations, not disclosed on Expedia. Housekeeping threw out our delivered food (in bags, not trash) while cleaning. Everything required repeated asking. To their credit, the manager called to apologize and refunded the resort fee for 2 days — appreciated, but doesn’t undo how rough most of the stay was. Proceed with caution.

My husband and I booked this hotel mainly for the rooftop pool as it was over 100 degrees in NYC that day. We get to the hotel after walking a mile in the scorching heat and we were told the pool was closed for a private event. We were told we can pay to use it for an additional $120 after we paid for the room which was $300. Extremely unhappy.

Everything was great, just disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renovations. Looking forward to seeing it next time! Anyway, lots of others places to go nearby.

Pretty nice rooms even though mine didn’t look well maintained still had a nice night.

It was clean and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and chill. This hotel is a great intro to the kindness of real New Yorkers. The king room was spacious. And I can’t believe the view. My wonky complaint is that there are too many snack options in the room and the prices of those things are silly.

Will definitely be coming back.

We particularly liked the cleanliness & helpful staff as well as the great location on the LES and proximity to public transit. The pool was also a great amenity. It was sizable, clean and never crowded. Highly recommended affordable stay close to the East Village too.

We loved our girl's weekend at Sixty LES. The accommodations were comfortable and attractive, the bed and pillows were deliciously cozy. The pool and surrounding area were colorful and surprisingly spacious. Thr gym was small but very clean and we had it to ourselves.Staff were attentive, professional and helpful. There were lots of yummy restaurants, cafes and fun stores close to the hotel too.

It was great from all aspects. Only issue was Saturday night was noisy from party’s in the top floor

This hotel is in a great location and the rooms were spacious for a New York room. The pool is quite small and you have to get a wristband from the lobby each day before being able to go up.

Great location, lovely balcony, friendly staff. Nice to have the mini bottle of rose available when we arrived.

Location Shower smelt damp. Not enough hangers

We booked this hotel because they had a junior suite room with a couch and the room itself was nice. I have no complaints there. The hotel though was not great. There was very limited “lobby” space and it didn’t seem like it was used at all. The restaurant was closed for renovation and the pool closed at 7 so if you wanted to hang out outside your room there were no real options. The gym was very limited and both ellipticals sounded broken. (Although they worked). Again - the room was good - but they charged a “resort” fee but they didn’t have any amenities so not sure what it was for. Overall, it was okay - not sure it was worth the price

The stay was so nice I had a great time

But overall we like the hotel. My husband loves that there is a pool.
