Decent place, great neighborhood. Staff seems limited

There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel at all. No bar with a retractable roof at all (which the website/pictures suggest there is one) so found that slightly disappointing from website pictures not being up to date. Gym is tight if more than 2 or 3 people in it. That said, the King suite with side and Upper East Side facing windows was a good size. Slightly limited space in rooms for wardrobe (only 1 person could open at a time) Trendy but could do with slightly better functionality in rooms. Location is excellent. 1 to 2 minutes to Allen Street subway. Lots of bars, vintage shops, coffee and food options all within a few minutes. Would stay again as liked the location of being somewhere real and not touristy at all

Room was clean and the pool was great during the hot weather, but it would have been better if the pool bar was open.

Not happy probably wouldn’t use again

Very dirty room, hair in the bed room barely cleaned, we checked out after an hour there.

Staff were very difficult to deal with. I got overcharged by $700 on my booking and only received sassy replies and disinterest from their stuff. It may say Luxury but I can assure you your experience will be far from it.

The hotel was listed as a VIP and no upgrades or included servises were included what so ever. Very disappointing. Also, when I booked the room we were not informed that there was a usage fee of 45 dollars a day which I found to be totally unfair but we had to pay it on site. Expedia, which I usually love using, really disappointed me on this one. The hotel was fine otherwise, it was nice having a pool. The staff did nothing out of their way to help or make us feel welcome.

I was very disappointed in the maintenance of the hotel. The room still was dirty looked very old cup stains on the wood look like it barely had been cleaned. It was still dusty and it took two hours for check-in. I called near 3 o’clock still wasn’t ready I didn’t get to get into my room until nearly 5 PM when I got there the systems were down. Everything was moving slow.

This property is completely run down. Do not stay here. It’s filthy. Where do I start. Front door was broken. Restaurant was closed down. Got to the room and it was appalling. It smelled, dirty, couch looked like it was 20 years old. and furniture wore out . Cigarette burns all over floor. Coffee table beat and scratched. No way I was sleeping in that nasty bed I’d be scared of bed bugs. We immediately came back down and left. Of course they will not refund my money. Even though I was there 5 minutes. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We immediately went to our normal hotel The Dominick. You won’t be sorry. Night and day difference

The hotel was fine. Location was exactly as expected. There were no real amenities but it's a value hotel. The rooftop was under construction so no access which was disappointing especially because I stayed over 4th of July. The staff was professional. However, New York was going through a heat wave and the hotel capped the A/C during the day. They did not admit to doing this, but it was clear after 3 days that the A/C stayed at 75 degrees until the same time every day when it started to cool off. Even after complaining that it was too hot in the room, they offered nothing. This was awful because I was working from the room. Hotel staff advised there were no other rooms. When I switched hotels to the 50 Bowery (during the same heat wave), my new hotel room was much cooler and I had control over the temperature. I won't stay at Sixty LES again.

Staff very lazy and inattentive, especially at night. I stayed in the biggest penthouse in the building very nice , only thing I can say is elevator needs to be updated sometimes takes very long to come to the penthouse.

PROS: Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was good with lots of stuff to do around the area. Staff were friendly.
