Near a subway and pretty clean Some system was down for a couple weeks regarding the staff and they had to open the bedroom door for us. There are 6 floors and about 42 bedrooms, Labor Day weekend, not convenient to NOT have a bedroom key and have to wait for the staff to be available to open the room for us

Location They did not offer keys to the room, so you had to wait in the lobby and ask for someone to let you in. There were long wait times and this was inconvenient and also unsafe. Once the person letting me in told me to walk in and they would follow me in after, as a woman traveling alone it did not feel safe.

Location Decent, but not well cleaned; location is great but mind the street is very noise, so hard to sleep at night ; the room keys weren’t working and I had to be escorted to my room by the people from the reception.

The hotel is located in a good area, near SoHo. The air condition didn’t work at all, I didn’t had hot water in the shower at all. The room was in the service floor and there was a lot of noise during the night.

The room had good air conditioning, bed was comfortable and clean. The door had a lot of damage which made us feel unsure about safety. One staff was not very polite and tried to charge for helping with bags. The other was ok. The bag storage is not very secure, anyone could walk in and take luggage without question.

The hotel location was great, in walking distance to Chinatown and close to subway station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The key system had some problems during our entire stay (6 days). Every time we entered the room, a staff member had to come with us to open the door. The room was so small and the bed was too soft for us.
