Perfect location in LES! Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and rates were the most reasonable for that area. Cassandra was helpful and kind enough to accommodate a late checkout which was super helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

When we booked it, we did not realize that Booking.com is a deceptive fraudulent enterprise. We encourage IHG and Holiday Inn to drop the relationship with booking.com. We were coming for NY Climate Week and knew the city would fill up. We booked two rooms for four nights. Booking.com told us we could modify our reservation if we needed to. We wanted to keep one room for four nights and keep the other room for the second two nights, but cancel the first two nights for that second room. Booking.com would not let us do it. They had lied about the ability to modify. So, we had to cancel all four nights for the second room and immediatly try to reserve two nights with IHG or Holiday Inn. But by then, the per night room rate had almost doubled. Booking.com cost us hundreds of dollars and many hours. Booking.com is a fraudulent enterprise.

Sorry, can’t recommend due to the room size, air conditioning, no where to put luggage in room and the price. I’ll look elsewhere.

By far the worst Holliday Inn I have stayed in. Stained carpets, broken blinds, mosquitoes in the bathroom. I can go on and on

OK motel experience at the price of a luxury hotel.

Be careful with food in the room there were ants!

We had a great experience. The hotel is located nearby restaurants, coffee shops and a metro station, which made it easy to get to other parts of the city. Our room was always clean and we had no issue during our stay

Paint peeling in room and bathroom, garbage everywhere and parking was a complete disaster

Liked the fact that it’s very closed to the subway station. The location of the restaurant and the bathroom downstairs was weird bathroom by tye restaurant red an upgrade
