Good size room. Guest services were fantastic. Enjoyed having a decent gym.

The bed were hard. The carpet still had throw up stains or pee stains i couldn't tell. It was gross.

Not too crowded. Walking distance to 9/11 memorial. Quiet, upscale neighborhood.

Absolutely love this hotel. From the time you walk in, the staff and service were top tier. Whether it was accommodating an early check in or the bartender at Atrio providing excellent service and making sure my room was ready, they did it all. I thoroughly enjoyed the branzino on the lunch menu. The room was spacious, the shower was divine, towels were large and bed was comfy. No complaints

This is the only hotel I stay when I visit NYC. It is so well maintained. It’s a large suite and the best part is the shower. The amenities are fabulous. The filtered water in your room, is so convenient. The robes, the slippers, and the bedding is unbelievably comfortable. The food in the restaurant onsite is amazing. And we couldn’t get enough of the rooftop bar. Will be back next summer!
