Conrad New York Downtown

Everything was great besides the pricing of the private bar within the fridge in the room. The only mini fridge in the room was full of items to buy (soda, snacks, alcohol, etc.) and it is overpriced.

Staff was one of the rudest ever met. Right from bell boy who would quote unreasonably high times due to 4 July weekend, to being snobbish and not helping with luggage when that is an amenity offered by the hotel. To breakfast Manager staff not being helpful quoting 15 minute time for a window table and then saying there are people 1 hour in queue. Have not seen the most disorganized staff ever seen. Rooftop attendant staff was equally rude and gave other people the requested table and then acting as if it was not clear what was asked of them. Highly recommended to stay away from this particular hotel. Either stick to lower Hilton's who offer much better customer service or some of the proper 5 star hotels like Pierre by Taj, Intercontinental, 4 seasons or even Trump tower hotels

Housekeeping didn’t clean room and we needed to call for sheets to be pu on a pull out for our 3rd person, and towels weren’t replenished and needed to call for that also.

Staff were good. That they only give you 40USD for breakfast after spending so much money when including it onto the booking. It is actually cheaper to not include it and just go and pay when there. The rooftop bar is very small.

Nice hotel just no privacy with the bathroom so be wary if staying in a group.

Clean and safe Water filter acted up.

The customer service by the staff is consistently of a high standard. The porters and storage staffare especially helpful and knowlegeable. The hotel is very conveniently located with decent amenities.

Loved our stay!!

The room was large and comfortable. Staff was nice and the service at the bar was great. Great area with lots of nice cafes and restaurants. A very long line to check in, the roof top bar was not available without a reservation.

Cheaply furnished rooms with poor maintenance. Blinds not working, hinges broken to desk and room phone not working properly. Staff were responsive to issues but it was a disappointment for the 5 star hotel stay we paid for and expected.

Great location . Convenient . Large room . View is great . Bar closes too early at 11pm. Staff doesn’t want to serve you after 10:30pm. The lobby doesn’t have coffee shop open in the afternoon or evening. Room service closes early .

Excellent Rooms, Immaculate, Every Request was Accommodated. We forgot our iPad in the room while checking out and they mailed it back via Fedex. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
