A very nice boutique hotel that is very convenient. Nice restaurants down the street and a subway right next door. Located in the heart of Tribecca neighborhood in Manhattan. And I forgot to mention- best bathrobe ever!!!!

The stuff lovely. Always with a smile and willing to help. Location is great! Some of the rooms are very small , bathroom are very small too.

The hotel is well-located, clean, and features attractive common areas; the staff is polite and well-trained, and there is a metro station right out front (pros) The room is a bit of a "mini-luxury" space but is far too small for two people; there is nowhere to put suitcases and no closet. A makeshift luggage rack was provided, but it left no room to get to the other bed (it was a twin-bed setup), and I ended up injuring and scraping my leg—actually losing skin in the process (con). We stayed for 7 days. It’s fine for short stays, but definitely not for long ones!

Very friendly staff. The building was beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was in an adjacent restaurant with a good selection of food. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated, but adequate and didn't take away from the overall experience. The only coffee in the breakfast venue was OG brewed. They could up their coffee game a little.

The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and you could feel comfortable in it. Very good location and nice service. I spent realy special time in this hotel :) A minor drawback: no coffee/tea-making kit in the room and a rather poor breakfast.

This is one of the nicest hotels at the price I have stayed in in the last 30 years - They go out of their way to make you feel at home...It is clean, friendly and worth every penny spent to stay there - I highly recommend this property!!!
