Just a few treadmills in the gym. No hand weights or machines.

In the past 2 weeks I have stayed at 3 different hotels. I’ve always loved Hampton Inn and once again this did not disappoint! Definitely the best I stayed at. Their breakfast (that’s included in the price) is really good. Thank you!

Nice location, the room is tight as expected.

This hotel is in an amazing location. It is old but very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is quite good considering it is included in your stay. The kitchen staff is very attentive. In general, this hotel is nothing fancy but serves the purpose and is affordable.

I think the hotel needs to manage when the service personnel will use the elevator. Additionally, there are only two elevators and being in the 14th floor, it took 5 to 15 minutes average waiting time.

Excellent hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Madison Square Garden and many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Although the room was clean, items in it, like the paper cups, were no refurbished on a daily basis. The air conditioning was good, if somewhat noisy. The tv was essentially useless; most of the channels presented were highly pixelated (read signal breaking up and unwatchable). The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The breakfast was extremely good and presented an amazing amount of food choices.

but it is very outdated and in poor condition. There isn't enough space—my room had two beds for one adult and two girls, and we felt there was no room to walk around or unpack. Everything is generally very worn, and the breakfast isn't particularly appetizing, though it helps get the day started. Personally, I wouldn't return to this hotel, but I would recommend it to someone looking for an affordable option in Midtown Manhattan for just two people per room.

Hotel’s in a great location, literally less than a block from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Can easily get the Air Train (via Jamaica station) to Penn Station very easily and just walk to the hotel from there. Save you a fortune in taxi fares. Can also walk to the Empire State in about 7 mins from the hotel or Times Square in about 20 Mins. Hotels a little dated, but the Rooms were clean and beds very comfy. Air Con seems to blow either Artic Tundra or Hot air. Meant the room was usually cold at night but to be honest, when it’s 35 degrees in NYC and sweltering outside, think you’d probably want it that way. All in all a great stay, in a nice hotel in a great location. Makes a good base for a few days in NYC, especially with a great breakfast included too.

Great staff Nice room super breakfast close to MSG and trains
-
Our room was small but very comfortable - great bed! The shower was also excellent. Great water pressure and easy to make steamy or refreshing. The hotel is located right near MSG and Penn Station, which was just what we needed as far as location. The area around the hotel is a little neglected. Trash on the street, etc. But we certainly did not feel unsafe - we felt comfortable walking around even late at night.

Nice, clean and close to madison square garden

Ok, but very dated. Location was very good. Soundproofing was poor - you can hear people outside and next door. We only stayed two nights, so this is ok for a pitstop.
