Great location. Quiet. Views not so great but the beds were comfy and the room was a good size. The water pressure in shower was AMAZING!!!

Every single staff person spoke to you. Asking how you were doing, if you needed anything, answered any and all questions. After we checked out, our flight got changed/cancelled for the fifth time, they helped us to get a room.

La habitación que nos dieron era espaciosa pero daba con el muro del interior del edificio, sin vista a la ciudad. El personal es muy atencioso y correctos, muy buena atención.

Overall very nice hotel. GREAT location! That was worth every penny! Just the one gal at front desk put damper on our stay, but I think she may have been new... hopefully she'll get nicer and more knowledgeable for guests! Breakfast was awesome and the little Sweet Surprise was really nice!

Big room. I stayed both at the Martinique and the Embassy suites nearby. This was way better.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the full-length mirror. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The café was wonderful, and the restaurant served a spectacular breakfast with delicious food and extremely generous portions that kept us full for hours. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely kind, caring, and eager to help. The bellmen and concierge staff were warm, friendly, and provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. Housekeeping was outstanding and even made sure we had extra coffee, which was greatly appreciated. Check-in was quick, easy, and completely seamless. The location is absolutely perfect—just two blocks from Madison Square Garden, where we were attending the Bon Jovi concert. Being able to walk to and from the venue made our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend the Martinique Hotel to anyone visiting New York City. Thank you to the entire staff for another memorable stay and for helping create such wonderful memories. We look forward to returning again soon!

All was great!!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They help us find transit to take us to the airport rather than booking an uber and pay a higher amount. The hotel is clean and close to shops and train stations.

It's connected to Carnegie Diner which is a must try for breakfast and some bottomless mimosas. You get a ebike credit as well as a dining credit each day to use at the quick coffee spot in the lobby, Carnegie Diner or the really nice bar in the back. Hotel itself was beautful and the stairs in the front right to the left is a must see. Super central in the city and right outside of the yellow subway lines to get around easily. If your flying into JFK also the Penn station right to the LIRR is only like a few minute walk straight down the street. 10/10 would recommend and will be staying here every time from here on out.

Housekeeping is a little erratic. We never received bottled water or clean cups/glasses after the first night of a four night stay. The onsite restaurant Carnegie Deli is really good. We ate several meals there and the food was always tasty and plentiful.
