The Hotel @ Fifth Avenue

Our housekeeper was amazing.

The hotel is centrally located to restaurants, the subway and museums. The bed was super comfy. The bathtub was deep for soaking. Our room had recently been remodeled and had a simple retro look, fitting for the hotel’s history. We loved it!

Nice clean rooms. Check in was quick and friendly. Great location to a lot of shopping. Walking distance like literally seconds to a lot of bakeries and restaurants. It is on Koreatown or Korea Way so a lot of Korean restaurants to try. HMart is across the street the popular MiXue shop that’s pack all the time is a min walk. It does get little noisy at night till about 2-3am with all the late party goers. But it’s NYC !

Welcome and location Rooms needs to be refreshed

I felt like the location was very convenient to the attractions we wanted to do. We could easily walk to Broadway and to times square. I wish the coffee bar opened earlier and they had more selections of drinks.

Room was small and dark. Beds were not very comfortable and the pull out sofa bed was nothing more than a spring with a sheet. I realize that the hotel rates in Time Square are outrageous but of all the places I've traveled to, this was the worst. Only reason I chose this place was because they offered 2 Queen beds plus the pull out but if you do stay here just lay a towel on the ground and sleep there, probably more comfortable

Elevator is my only complaint. Slow and very busy.

the location of the hotel was perfect! the rooms are small but STANDARD for new york city. the property is a little dated but overall we had a very enjoyable stay. we utilized the luggage storage while we snuck away to explore after checking out which is a great amenity!

This is a very well located hotel near Penn Station. Everything about it is very good, and excellent value for the price. The area is crowded with pedestrians and backed up traffic outside the hotel, but inside is immediately pretty quiet.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. However, there aren’t any mini fridges in the room. I had to go to three different floor’s to look for ice. And the elevators are super slow and small, but seem to work pretty well.

Room was clean and cool. No frills hotel of good value.
