The Hotel @ Fifth Avenue

I love the location. I stayed there 6 years ago and chose to stay there again because it is so close to everything.

Location, while convenient, was super dirty

It was good that you can check you bags in before check in time it give you time to see the city.

Great location and very tidy. Small rooms, but for NYC when one is out and about, they are good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I even needed a chair to watch the World Cup and w/o asking, the lobby staff offered to move one for me. Very nice.

The room we had was perfect for two people. We were there in June and it was hot outside but our room was nice and cool. There are two elevators a they are pretty quick. We will stay here again. The neighborhood was safe and there were lots of food Options close by. There is a subway entrance two blocks away.

Fantastic location Can hear noise outside slightly but I'm guessing that's the same for most NYC hotels.

The location is fantastic - We walked and walked an felt right in the middle of the city ! When we came back the place was comfortable, and inviting. I would have loved to see a breakfast option onsite - I know there are a few places nearby, but having fruit and water would be a great start with minimal cost but exceptional upside. (in my opinion)

Elevators are slow. Hotel is rather dated.

elevator was slow and very busy, so heading down for water was always a big task and need to be planned in advance. NO chance of missing this

From my arrival to my departure, everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. The great location provided many dining options, but also a needed escape from the textures of the city. I enjoy my brief stay.

Great location and amenities were fine for what we needed. Rooms were bigger than expected and comfortable Staff were abrupt and were not helpful in finding parking

The metro station is ideal for connecting to almost all areas of NYC within 30 minutes. A little cramped in the room but that is very much expected in NYC.

Location, staff, rooftop deck, price were all great. Rooms were a bit small, but not unusually so for NYC.
