The staff at the reception. Barry Oswald and Rich were so kind and always make you feel at home. Our room cleaning was completely substandard. One the they forgot to do it. The other day they forgot the coffee machine parts in the sink. And another day they forgot to leave towels. I was flabbergasted by such bad service.

Location. Wi-Fi. The room is cramped and dark. There's no door to the shower. Cleaning is done at five in the evening.

Liked the location, room size, and how quiet it was. We were at back of hotel and couldn’t hear any street noise at night. There was no fridge in the room, the shower leaked as the door wouldn’t close properly, and the restaurant attached to the hotel wasn’t brilliant. Breakfast wasn’t included with room either, this would have been useful.

The hotelwas very luxurios but wasnt worth the price, the rooms were small, they had no fridge/microwave, the coffee stand had little options and the bathroom had no door, which made privacy feel extremely hard, the shower was also pure glass so it was very easy to see in, the bed were a little uncomfortable but overall was good.

The hotel staff are the best. Room is a bit tight but this is in the middle of manhattan. What can you do? But the staff make it so worth it. Wonderful experience.
