Decent and fairly priced but much smaller than the photos. Whilst the property was in a fairly decent location, the amenities were lacking. Also quite noisy and the fire alarm kept glitching throughout the night and no compensation was offered.

Great location (near 3 different subway stations), and in the heart of Ktown, so plenty of late night bites available (like take31 next door). Lily at the front desk was amazing!! I forgot the waiter’s name in the diner, but he was incredible too (he was from El Paso). Food in the diner was great, I ended up eating there three times. Room was very clean, had everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again, and hope there’s availability next time I’m in town!

This was our second time staying at the Arlo Nomad. After several years, we thought we would give it another try due to the location for our plans this trip. The elevator situation is still as frustrating as we remembered and they brag about their rooftop bar yet paying guests have to limit access for outside happy hour events. Super frustrating and a huge detractor for us. Will not stay here again! That said- housekeeping did a great job!

Housekeeping seems to come in the evening which is kind of an awkward time! They also lost one of my contact lenses case lids, and put a scrunchy on my bed that wasn’t mine LOL. They don’t let food deliveries up to the room which is a shame. And the rooms are incredibly small. I had a king room and it was for sure the same size as my queen at home. That being said the beds actually felt so clean. I am like paranoid of hotel beds and it felt SO fresh. Also I needed a few things (extra water, sewing kit, etc) and they were SO quick to reply and send it up! They have chromecast which is SO nice because you can stream like home! Everyone working there is super cool and the A Sweaters are low key iconic!! And the coffee shop was great! I think the rooftop and amenities would also be cool but I didn’t use them cuz I was in and out

It fits solo traveler very well. Great location and a fantastic city view.

The location was near the event we were attending. Tiniest hotel room I have ever seen. Very uncomfortable. My husband and I could not both stand up in the room—let alone, get dressed in the room—at the same time. Fearful that if we turned over in bed, we might fall out the window to 12 floors below! Very expensive and terrible value—a rip-off!

Absolutely overpriced, small room with two beds on top of each other on 7th floor and view of another building blocking sun and sky is USD 1,800 for two nights only!!!! It’s half what people pay for monthly rent in Manhattan!!!! Never back again.

Nice property. Rooms are extremely small the queen sky has an amazing view of the Empire State Building
