Pictures on website are extremely flattering. Not an attractive space. However, staff was super duper friendly. Clean and comfortable enough, I suppose. But given the options in that city, I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was too small
-
Pleasant staff, clean environment, very welcoming love the stay and love the view from the room. It was just as we imagined it to be.
-
Loved the diner and how kind the staff was.
-
I thought I booked room with a view as displayed during booking. Was disappointed as I was celebrating wife and I anniversary
-
Room is perfect, so does the view
-
Great boutique spot, located in a good place. Although tiny rooms but nonetheless worth it.
-
Highly recommended this location. Looks exactly like the pictures. Rooms were very clean. Area is walkable in case you don’t want to uber everywhere. Train station is also close by.

Staff was amazing

The front staff were so friendly and helpful! The views were amazing and the location was walking distance to everything!

The only reason I’m not leaving a one-star review is because one employee truly turned the experience around. After explaining the issue, a young lady made sure I was moved to the room I had actually paid for the very next day. Thanks to her, the rest of my birthday trip ended on a much better note, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service she provided. Arlo needs to ensure that rooms marketed as Skyline View actually have a skyline view. Guests shouldn’t have to complain just to receive the room they paid for.

We really loved this hotel. The location was great, we stayed in the bunk bed room and there was plenty of space. Room and bathroom were clean and practical. The rooftop was nice with an excellent view of city buildings. The staff was very helpful, we would definitely stay here again.

Such a cozy quiet solo stay I enjoyed every minute don’t want to leave

Friendly staff, clean, great amenities such as two canned waters daily, a photo booth and quiet spaces to chill or do work. The Queen City View room is perfect for solo travelers and offered a great view. The rooftop bar was of course amazing.

Room wasn’t so clean, but great amenities including a Roof top bar, cafe bodega, gorgeous views from the room. Small space but cutesy.

excellent

The manager is good. But the receptionists are not (mostly). King city room is NOT cool. Old bathroom, old elevators. It is NY though. Might come back for the location
