Hair on floor and small trash by beds that are obvious. We found a bottle cap in our bed within our sheets. When we asked the manager if we can have a quick clean of the items in the room the manager looked at us like we asked for him to do it. We finally got a wonderful cleaner Zoila and she was so thorough and we asked she help us the next clean. (and she did and it was great) plus we tip her because she was that good.. We paid 30 per day and doesn't have a spa nor any amenities this was so silly to me where is that 30 bucks go..? They give you 3 bottle water for 7 days.. Upside : cleaner , walked everywhere close by good food and very busy. I enjoy the hussle so it wasn't so bad. Super cute cafe across is wonderful. I may stay there next time. I hope this helps.. Management or even owner should really read this.. you are loosing us as a client and we travel to NYC often. So imagine how many other you can loose this is how companies go belly up.

Cleaning

Room don't feel clean. Blood stains on the sheets (more than once!). Mirror light in the bathroom not functional so you're shaving without light. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower wand broken. Everything old and used, dilapidated. Not to be repeated ever again.

The KTown location was ideal, next to MidTown but without the crowds and noise of Midtown. Empire State Bldg just a couple of blocks away, walking distance to many things, quick access to buses and subway. Housekeeping was excellent and my daughter particularly appreciated that her stuffed animal was always carefully posed on her bed when we returned at end of day. Lovely little hotel and I would not hesitate to stay again.

I had an absolutely incredible stay here over the weekend. The room was completely beautiful, clean, and made me feel entirely comfortable from the moment I checked in. It really gave apartment vibes rather than a hotel. It was very chic and private. As an artist prepping a live rollout campaign, the layout provided the perfect setup with more than enough physical space for staging wardrobe and equipment gear. The balcony experience was breathtaking, having the fresh air really protected my energy. What truly sets this property apart is the phenomenal staff. They were very nice and provided a level of hospitality that is hard to find in New York. They went completely above and beyond by allowing me to do a tour and view the property two days before I even checked in to ensure the staging layout was right. I will absolutely be using this venue as my official staging launchpad for future projects. 10/10 service, comfort, and staff!

Clean room. But no car garage.

Room was clean on arrival after the quick check in by friendly staff. Easy access to subway lines, lots of nearby food options. Room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels stocked. Shower head was over 6’. Would stay here again.

The only positive thing I can say about Hotel 32 was how wonderful Ms Sandra from the front desk was. She had an amazing personality and was so kind. Other than that, lower your expectations, you get what you pay for at this hotel.

The room was never cleaned we were their three nights and no one retuned our when I complained on this matter

Quiet hotel close to Empire State Building and other attractions. Would stay again.

Staff were very helpful.

It’s fine for a day or two and in a good location.

Location and price are good. Room sizes are nice. Apparently the ice machine is on the roof but good luck finding it in the dark! My room didn’t have a chain latch and the balcony do remained unable to lock. It seems safe in general and the room was clean

Excellent hotel for the price for Manhattan! Room was clean and well laid out (of course it is relatively small by outside Manhattan standards). Right by Koreatown and Avenue of Americas. Both are great places to visit. Easy to get to subway.
-
Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The foldout bed was like cardboard but it didn’t ruin our stay
-
The room was really dirty, there was makeup all over the bathroom door the shower and sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed sheets were even stained. And wasn’t able to get a different room or refund.

One staff member, Elin, was wonderfully cordial and helpful. Another staff member was curt and not at all helpful. Unfortunately I did not have hot water available in the shower. I reported this. Someone came to supposedly help, and told me,"this works fine" but, in fact, when I showered the next day there was no hot water, so I had to tolerate three days without hot showers. Otherwise the room was okay--the bed was reasonably comfortable, it was quiet, and I slept well. The pillows could have been better.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a queen room with a balcony for 4 nights. There was some confusion during our initial arrival because the hotel is actually 2 separate buildings directly across from one another on 32nd st. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk staff were always happy to say hello and answer whatever questions you may have. Our room was perfect for what we need. Think “high-end-feeling” design and finishes, while keeping it very no frills. The balcony was a huge draw and it served its purpose. The never ending, and super loud, gust of hot air coming out of the rooms ac unit was not amazing, but limited space is just a fact of life. Everything else was great, no issues. Would go back. Location was basically perfect, just central enough that Ubers and cabs aren’t required if you’re able to walk.

The location was great. The balcony was a lovely touch. The bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!
