It was close to the subway station. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were so flat that I had to fold them or double them.

All the staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is well located with the subway just meters away and Penn and Grand central station just a few blocks away.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and found the amenities (we didn't visit the bar/restaurant) met our needs. The room was very nice too and we had no complaints.

Helpful staff, great location, nice room The restaurant hosted numerous loud events and we could hear thumping music from their rooftop patio which was several floors below our window. Hotel staff had to go and ask them to turn off the music at 10:45 PM.
