Clean rooms and great staff

Gooo location

Reserved high floor city view but got a view of the alley back of a building. No city. Disappointed but location of the hotel was convenient.

Paid for city views & was placed in a room facing the back of buildings/ roofs. When I immediately highlighted this to the staff they said that was the best that they had available. They later offered to change the room, but we were already halfway through our stay.

Good location, near Grand Central Station and Time Square

We stayed for 4 nights, we enjoyed our stay as the room was clean, staff are very accommodating and helpful. They address our concern about the AC right away despite it was almost midnight. Front desk staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Great stay in the middle of The City!

The staff at the front desk were so nice and made us feel very welcomed. The room was very neat and clean! The hotel is also in a very nice area. Will definitely come again!

Arlene and Ramone at the front desk are the best! They care about their jobs, care about their customers and will go far beyond expectations to make the stay pleasant. I give those two a shoutout for great customer service!

I loved staying at the Hilton Garden Inn New York/Midtown Park Ave it was walking distance to everything. I was mainly worried about the parking cause we had a Ford Transit and I have to say the front desk was super helpful in with the parking. Parking was very close by and secured. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I totally recommend staying here. My next trip to New York this will be the place I’ll be staying at again.

This property was fine for a two day stay in NYC. With it being in midtown the room was of course small. There was not a closet or an iron in the room. We also only received two of each towel and no where to hang the towels. We made due. The area is clean and safe. Staff were a helpful but not very friendly.

Needed a quick place to stay for a night with easy access to everywhere. Great spot; very clean, friendly staff, room was perfect.

Great location, very clean and helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay at this location and loved how close it was to everything. The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning in the rooms. They were pretty warm compared to the other parts of the hotel.
