Problems with the A/C in the whole building including rooms and restaurant attached.

The AC was out in the lobby but other than that it was good.

The property was clean and the room service was excellent. My problem was the AC. My family and I were there in a very hot week and the AC wasn’t working g properly. It would work for an hour or so and stop. The room would get really hot and we had to ‘reset it’ several times each night. I called the front desk but they didn’t solve the issue.

Clean and cozy rooms. with amenities like mini fridge, microwave. In the morning, fresh brewed coffee, tea bags in the lobby. Friendly staff.

Reserved high floor city view but got a view of the alley back of a building. No city. Disappointed but location of the hotel was convenient.

Paid for city views & was placed in a room facing the back of buildings/ roofs. When I immediately highlighted this to the staff they said that was the best that they had available. They later offered to change the room, but we were already halfway through our stay.

We stayed for 4 nights, we enjoyed our stay as the room was clean, staff are very accommodating and helpful. They address our concern about the AC right away despite it was almost midnight. Front desk staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

The staff at the front desk were so nice and made us feel very welcomed. The room was very neat and clean! The hotel is also in a very nice area. Will definitely come again!
