It was great!

Very small but fine

Nice room, recently refurbished, clean, good restaurants on site, pleasant roof bar. Couldn’t get through to the hotel by phone despite trying multiple times. Lacked a bit of a seated reception area, bit crammed. Would stay again.

New York attractions were either walkable or public transportation was easily accessed from here.

Great staff. 3 restaurants and the food was way above average

The rooms were very clean. Good hotel tonstay in and in a veri nice area of NYC to stay in. It would be a much better stay if breakfast was offered in as a breakfast buffet and not alacarte.

Clean,Friendly, overall 10/10 only issue was water pressure in shower other than that, perfect

Love Love Love Hotel Park Ave NYC… I had an amazing stay!!! This is my second time staying here this summer… I arrived the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel has a beautiful modern design with beautiful art throughout the hotel even in my room!!!! My room was spotless comfortable and spacious and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service and an unbeatable location l. I highly recommend staying here. I would absolutely choose this hotel again on my next trip to NYC!!!

The area was great and so close to so many incredible spots: Coffee, Desserts, Comedy, Pizza, Shopping, etc. We walked most places each day. All of our complaints are minor inconveniences, but still worth mentioning as over time we still felt them daily. Our mini Fridge did not work. We called and mentioned it early in the week - nothing was done about it which kind of made bringing home leftovers impossible. Secondly the elevator situation was slightly annoying. The hotel had 19 maybe 20 floors with a restaurant on the 15th floor and a cocktail bar in the basement which meant lots of elevator traffic and lots of stops on our way to the 18th floor where we stayed. All in all our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely consider staying here again. If the hotel would of accommodated us in any kind of way for the broken mini fridge or even addressed it to us at all, I would have given it a 5 star rating, at this price point you would at least want a small gesture to make up for us not having our mini fridge (a key point for us in choosing which hotel we wanted to stay at)

Excellent base to explore New York . The room was large enough for 4 and the bathroom was perfect . Staff friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel in a great location

However, no housekeeping was done the 5 days I was there. I had the DND sign the first and second day but then I took it off and nobody came by (other than at 11:00 AM on our last day asking if we were checking out, when checkout was at 12:00 PM). My recycling and trash bins were completely full and I was out all day, hoping some things could be tidied up when I got back. One of the bedside lamps flickered intermittently for about 6 minutes straight every time I turned it on in the morning. The TV remote did not work at all, and we had to press the button on the TV to turn it on (which is fine) but, to turn it off, the button would not work and we would have to unplug it. Also, the TV’s chromecast had issues. There was some sort of panel on the wall under the thermostat that, when the A/C was turned on, would become noisy. The steamer also did not work properly for our clothing.

I loved this hotel! It was comfortable, modern and unique. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were stylish and didn’t feel cramped even with 2 people. I LOVED the soap/shampoo/conditioner. The rooftop bar and restaurant has a great view and the drinks are good. The downstairs bar is very small and was too crowded for me to try. Would def recommend this hotel.

Overall a good stay with some minor service issues. Would consider staying again.
