Wonderful stay!!

Super stay. Easy check in, beautiful rooms great amenities. Our only disappointment was we didn’t not get to see any fireworks at the rooftop bar, but the event was not part of the hotel ownership and seeing them was not a guarantee.

Unbelievable lovely. Excellent central location. Studio room with balcony....bed super comfortable. Shower amazing. Classy, comfortable, relaxing and staff just fantastic. Bars and restaurants so good and good value for NYC. Very sad to be leaving

The staff was great! And hotel is walking distance to main attractions but also getting some quietness. Unfortunately the bar & library were closed most of the day which we were not able to enjoy during our stay. The food in the hotel was honestly the worse for the location and price. I had a pizza that taste like cardboard & their carpet hasn’t been washed in years: super gross.

Great location with a rooftop bar and modern amenities. We enjoyed the friendly staff clean rooms and the complementary snacks in the rooms. Would definitely come back next time!!

Great service, nice rooms, a vibe

They asked for a $500 dollar hold fee per room for "incidentals" and a week after check out, have taken the $450 dollar "resort fee" out of this deposit without my approval. Considering there is no resort to speak of, an elevator and a self check in - this is appalling. Please budget for a nightly fee that is not included in your original booking or stay somewhere else if you prefer not to be cornered and hustled in a foreign country.

The service was awesome - friendly, helpful and professional (shout out to Bryan!). Great location! Room was spacious and comfortable. We had an issue with the light and someone came to fix it right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room 1601 was meh. Having a balcony was nice if it had 2 seats. I’m not sitting outside alone. The room only had 1 bath robe though i booked a room for 2. This room was the smallest of rooms w balconies. It also had the backside view of the bar on the 15th floor which was shameful. Dead burnt out potted landscape & they let pp dine there. Our bathroom was a screw up too. The vanity mirror and shelf were fixed onto the wall to low so when you turn on the water you have to gentle tip up the shelf. This is a mare at night especially when half asleep. The AC unit is left to be desired as well.

Clean modern decor. Super comfortable bed. Outstanding room amenities. The best asset is the staff. They are all fantastic. The room was a bit small.
