Hotel Park Ave NYC

The bar was an excellent place to relax at the end of the evening. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Would stay here again!

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The service was good, and we felt comfortable during our stay. A pleasant experience overall.

Great hotel experience overall. The location was perfect for a tourist and not too hectic like other parts of NYC. The hotel has a very cool bar and terrace. The rooms were clean and included thoughtful complimentary things. Staff were super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

I loved the decor of hotel, the restaurant, and how great and easy the location! The staff was excellent and helpful and the rooftop was spectacular! Perfect hotel bc it felt intimate, too!

My friends & I came into town for a concert and had dinner and drinks at the restaurant which was AMAZING. Such kind service and awesome staff. Room was super clean and comfy, amazing shower and at such a fair price. Thank you!

Good location. Check in and out at this hotel were at ‘self service’ kiosks, which felt more like visiting a CVS than a $900 per night hotel. The room itself ($900 a night remember) had no place to sit (other than on the bed) or to put a laptop etc. The restaurant staff would not allow us to sit at a table at 3:50pm , although plenty of tables were free. We wanted to have a drink and try to do some work (which we could not do in the room due to the lack of anywhere to sit or work). We were made to sit at the bar, where we couldn’t really work. We had to request that our room be serviced as we left for dinner because it had not been done by 5pm. If this had been a $200/night place, I guess we could have understood, but given the price of our stay we were deeply underwhelmed and very disappointed.

I never write reviews however I was so supried. I ove this sweet hotel on Park Avenue South. All the staff are wonderful and always at your service. Housekeeping was challenging for a moment when communications were a little disjointd, however we solved it all and I couldn't have been happier. The restrauant is delicious, the location great for wherever you want to go in NYC. I did not test their business system however I was there solely on business and they didn't let me down. Called me a car everytime i needed it. I loved my tiny room, yet would have prefered a closet to a space beside the bed where my clothes hung out...that aside, this is a relatively new hotel in town and bravo. Thank you everyone who took such good happy care of me.

Standard room, I could turn off the aircon in my room, the cleaning was thorough and the cleaning staff were kind. I arrived late at night and they wouldn't let me into my room because their system didn't accept two of my cards, and my credit card's limit needed to be increased (which required me to call them - but my bank was closed). Instead of finding a solution for me, they refused me access to the room. They also automatically charged 20% in the restaurant bill, and then asked if I wanted to leave a tip in addition, which led to double counting. They didn't account for my breakfast on the bill - so I had to get my whole bill re-done at the end of the stay. The lack of kindness from some of the reception staff was apparent - and the approach to financing was quite shocking.

Easy in and easy out. Automated system for check in. Staff allowed storing bags prior to check-in and even after checking out. Will stay here again!

This hotel has great location, 20 mins from LaGuardia, 15 mins walk to grand central or penn station. Close to many great restaurants in Korea town, which is right around the corner. Park rose bar offers delicious drinks at happy hour place.

Great location! Bathroom sink was not clean.

Great location and comfortable space! We walked everywhere and came back to get a great night’s sleep. Hotel was clean, quiet, and had all of the essentials we were looking for.
