Good hotel. Would stay there again. A bit mismanaged though like no one picking up the phone, things broken with no fix etc and bathroom wasn’t very clean but not major issues. Overall I’d recommend it and pool was great. Rooms were large too.

The pool area was very dirty with towels and food/drink orders that hadn’t been cleaned at all. This happened both afternoons. The lifeguard called the front desk and housekeeping, but no one ever came. We got to the pool at about three to find it in that condition. It was sad because the pool was the main reason we booked that hotel.

The room was worn out with ripped bedding, outdated furniture, and torn couches. Nothing felt clean or well maintained. The rooftop pool was filthy. There was trash everywhere, empty beer cans and wine glasses left around, and Band-Aids floating in the water. My son refused to swim because it looked so unsanitary. Nearly every lounge chair was stained or ripped. Many advertised amenities were misleading or unavailable. There was no sun deck, and “valet parking” was just a small discount at a parking garage about a 15-minute walk away with your luggage. Breakfast was served cold both mornings. The one positive was the gentleman working breakfast—he was friendly, helpful, and seemed to be the only employee who cared. Service was terrible. There were no draft beers available, and after my son hit his head, it took nearly 20 minutes to find someone who knew how to get ice because housekeeping had already left for the night. To make matters worse, the doors to the kitchen were left open on the way to the pool, exposing a dirty prep area that guests shouldn’t even be seeing. When we complained, the only explanation was that the hotel is “in a management transition.” That’s not an excuse for charging luxury prices. Great location, but everything else was a major disappointment. We won’t be back.

DO NOT PAY TO STAY HERE!!! 0/10. There is construction every day until December. There is all kinds of false advertising. The room service is NOT 24/7 like it says, it also has a limited menu. I tried calling then waiting to be called back to order breakfast for an hour until I gave up and did Uber Eats. It’s now been almost and hour and a half and still haven’t gotten a call from the kitchen. The TV’s don’t connected to the WiFi or your phone so it’s cable tv or pay for something to watch. The free WiFi is absolutely horrible, I couldn’t even load the App Store, so I had to get the staff log in. It says there is a spa, there is NOT. A staff member behind the desk said that they used to but don’t anymore, however it still shows up as an amenity that they have when booking. The people at the desk are nice, but this is absolutely the WORST service I’ve had at a hotel at this price point since I can remember. If you want a seamless stay, or at least not a frustrating one, then avoid this hotel completely!!!

Rooms have sensors for mini bars and use bad technology to track policies that AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR CARD. Do not try to use the fridge at all to keep anything cold and do not If you have an issue, it’s impossible to get in touch with management. They will be closing in the next few months and are trying to recover losses from running the hotel into the ground.

My main complaint was the bed (extremely uncomfortable) as it as old, sagging, and felt like it was collapsing in the middle and sides. The staff did move me to another room, and while that bed wasn’t as bad, it also wasn’t very comfortable. There also was loud construction noise (jackhammering) throughout the hotel beginning at like 8 or 9AM that made the stay less than pleasant. Location was good and pool seemed ok, though the weather didn’t give me a chance to use it.

Housekeeping staffs was welcoming and warm. The pool was great for families and we had a great time. Now I do have a few suggestions: They need to please refill soap in the showers by the pool and the vents were extremely dirty. Also it would be convenient to have coffee in the lobby for guests. The valet tried to have my husband go and get the vehicle from the garage after we paid for valet which was a little confusing. Overall a nice stay 💖

Was old and tired. Elevators terrible. Dark. Got stranded on top floor where lounge is when I went up after colliding near 12 midnight. Big construction on higher floors.

The property was really nice and in a great location. Unfortunately the breakfast experience was very disappointing-we had booked breakfast with our 2 rooms, but were never given any special instructions. I noticed that we were mistakenly billed $133 for breakfast the first day, discussed it with staff at the front desk including a manager, who assured me the charge would be removed from my bill. We were apparently supposed to get breakfast vouchers upon check-in, but did not. After checking out, i realized the charge was never removed from my bill. 3 phone calls to the hotel and no one ever called me back about the error. Such disappointing customer service.

The location is incredible and walking distance from tons of great restaurants and yoga studios. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was PHENOMINAL. Thank you so much for such a memorable weekend.

Loved it!!!

The only thing I would recommend staff work on is the restaurant on the top floor. WE went for breakfast and there was 0 ambiance (no music, you could hear a pin drop) and staff wasn't very engaged. Otherwise nice hotel
-
friendly staff Porter service is delayed, and limited room service
-
If your booking includes breakfast, they won't hand out the voucher unless you specifically ask for it. And if you notice a billing mistake after you've checked out and left, they're reluctant to fix it — so review your bill before leaving.

Loved the rooftop pool and the staff other than the front desk was phenomenal! Front desk basically unreachable. Our booking stated there was a tub, I went downstairs and showed the guy at the front desk after calling 3 times with no response. His response to me when I showed him the booking that cleary stated room with bath included? “Some of them just don’t have a bath it just says it….. okay well I wouldn’t have spent $800 if that was the case. Not someone who’s gonna complain about money back but definetly not happy with the product as listed.
