The location It is very outdated, the staff says they will do something and don’t follow through, the pool was not clean, there were old empty beer cans, empty cigarette packs, overall very unkept. I will say the hotel is undergoing a renovation, but for the price it was not worth it.

The pool is the only thing we liked The lobby was so run down and dirty Rooms was small and run down I understand there is a big renovation planned. It is much needed. What makes me angry is that the pool is the highlight when this hotel is advertised but the rest was a complete let down. Bar staff were bored out of their minds. The pool closes at 7pm in the summer and you can’t even have a drink on the patio. The amount charged per night was atrocious for what the hotel offered. We left after the first night and found a different hotel that was so much cleaner, newer and better for half the price. I complained to the staff when I requested an early departure and they completely understood my frustration and stated that I wasn’t the only one who complained.

Epic pool wow!

Good hotel. Would stay there again. A bit mismanaged though like no one picking up the phone, things broken with no fix etc and bathroom wasn’t very clean but not major issues. Overall I’d recommend it and pool was great. Rooms were large too.

The pool area was very dirty with towels and food/drink orders that hadn’t been cleaned at all. This happened both afternoons. The lifeguard called the front desk and housekeeping, but no one ever came. We got to the pool at about three to find it in that condition. It was sad because the pool was the main reason we booked that hotel.

The pool and restaurant were great. The room itself was also great. Two outstanding staff members did their best for us, Jackson and Nina at the front desk. The property did not warn us they were undergoing major renovations. Jackhammers, saws all’s, nail guns, etc. beginning at 8 am and lasting until 5 pm made this stay intolerable. The noise was so loud we couldn’t carry on a conversation without yelling. At the front desk we were told the property would be closing effective July 1st due to complaints. We left the property before our scheduled departure after being promised by the front desk our booking.com payment would be refunded. To date, despite booking.com contacting the property we have not received any response from management nor a refund. We left feeling ripped off by an unethical and greedy organization who care only for profit.

The room was worn out with ripped bedding, outdated furniture, and torn couches. Nothing felt clean or well maintained. The rooftop pool was filthy. There was trash everywhere, empty beer cans and wine glasses left around, and Band-Aids floating in the water. My son refused to swim because it looked so unsanitary. Nearly every lounge chair was stained or ripped. Many advertised amenities were misleading or unavailable. There was no sun deck, and “valet parking” was just a small discount at a parking garage about a 15-minute walk away with your luggage. Breakfast was served cold both mornings. The one positive was the gentleman working breakfast—he was friendly, helpful, and seemed to be the only employee who cared. Service was terrible. There were no draft beers available, and after my son hit his head, it took nearly 20 minutes to find someone who knew how to get ice because housekeeping had already left for the night. To make matters worse, the doors to the kitchen were left open on the way to the pool, exposing a dirty prep area that guests shouldn’t even be seeing. When we complained, the only explanation was that the hotel is “in a management transition.” That’s not an excuse for charging luxury prices. Great location, but everything else was a major disappointment. We won’t be back.

DO NOT PAY TO STAY HERE!!! 0/10. There is construction every day until December. There is all kinds of false advertising. The room service is NOT 24/7 like it says, it also has a limited menu. I tried calling then waiting to be called back to order breakfast for an hour until I gave up and did Uber Eats. It’s now been almost and hour and a half and still haven’t gotten a call from the kitchen. The TV’s don’t connected to the WiFi or your phone so it’s cable tv or pay for something to watch. The free WiFi is absolutely horrible, I couldn’t even load the App Store, so I had to get the staff log in. It says there is a spa, there is NOT. A staff member behind the desk said that they used to but don’t anymore, however it still shows up as an amenity that they have when booking. The people at the desk are nice, but this is absolutely the WORST service I’ve had at a hotel at this price point since I can remember. If you want a seamless stay, or at least not a frustrating one, then avoid this hotel completely!!!
