The staff was phenomenal. Very helpful and friendly. The lobby was beautiful. We had a normal room and I felt it was outdated.
-
It was a good place to stay, rooms a bit small.
-
Room was clean and bed comfortable, but the hotel and interactions with staff felt average.
-
This was a great experience. Will be back
-
The room was small, but very comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly. The lobby was beautiful and a nice place to sit and relax.

Neat

Great location in NOMAD; not far from subway and restaurants. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Enjoyed a few breakfasts there. Very atmospheric lobby with free coffee/tea each morning. There were items missing from my room when I arrived; no bathmat or soap. They had also run out of luggage racks. Staff was eager to please and rectified missing items. I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel and nice size room!

Gorgeous property
-
Everything was clean, the rooms are very nice and comfortable The guys on reception was very nice but the others ((( . I had a bad experience the guy who brought a bottle of water and bathrobe after a first knock of door entered right away didn’t give us to put something on
-
The location was quite central and was great for the bachelorette party! The standout was Ashraf, a staff member who was quite helpful and made our stay exceed our expectations! Nothing I can think of! The price was a little on the higher end but that is expected of NYC.
-
Great location, clean, and easy to get to from Penn station
-
The room was clean. The staff was beyond welcoming and accommodating. The only thing is I wish that the check-in time was earlier as well as parking options with the hotel.
-
Minor Feedback: More towels for bathing and a mirror in the room (not in the closet).
-
Incredible hotel. Breakfast was a bit slow but it’s a restaurant so it’s ok. They are not in the breakfast business. The rest was magnificent. Ambience, coffee in the lobby, early check-in and late checkout. Fantastic staff.
-
This is always our go-to hotel when visiting family. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient, making it easy to spend time with family while still having a relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day. We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend

Great location
-
No bottle water available for guests unless you purchase. Rooms were old and need update. Carpet in room dingy. Not worth the money

We had a couple of issues. After a couple of nights, the hotel changed our room because there was an odor in the bathroom. The TV in the second room was not working. The engineer was unable to fix it. As a result, we missed watching a couple of FIFA games.
