The hotel appeared new and fresh. Excellent location and the staff was super helpful. Highly recommended

Property exceeded expectation, room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is there is no coffee maker in the room and the coffee shop on the ground floor does not open till 7 AM, rough when you’re trying to make an early start. Other than that, an excellent place to stay-well located!

Solid location in midtown east - walking distance from Penn Station. Easy to get to and relatively easy to get around Manhattan. Our room's shower leaked water even when the door was fully closed. Resulted in our hotel bathroom getting flooded with water every time we showered, even when short. Room was decently sized, but to be expected for Manhattan hotel rooms.

The staff was nice The rooms are really in bad shape, the beds are old and in need of new matresses, towels and pillows. The bathrooms are need to be better clean as well as the hall were dirty. The light in the room was bad. For the proce it could be much better quality and service.

Convenient location for a concert at MSG and to get to all the fun New York activities, clean room, and really great view of the city

The front desk and other staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and my stay was extremely comfortable. The hotel was close to the subway and walkable from many attractions. I would definitely book again in the future.

Very clean room, on the small side though but this is Manhattan. .. courteous and accommodating front desk staff going out of their way to help with requests. Overall a nice stay and great deal in the price. Only gripe is the late night door slamming and loud talking in the hallway…

When I approached the cafe to purchase 2 coffee, one person behind counter BTW during breakfast hour. He mentioned he could not serve me right now he is too busy! I had to leave the premises to purchase coffee. One elevator out of service. No water or coffee in rooms.
