The location is excellent The rooms are relatively small and dark, need more lights in the room. Some of the sockets didn’t work properly.

The hotel was clean, very nicely decorated and located in a safe area. It was very walkable to the nearby subway station, other local bars and restaurants and our king corner room had such a nice view!

The hotel is run down: paint chips along baseboards and walls, carpet soiled in areas, damaged reception counters etc. Restoration work is very much required. The people and staff are lovely.

The location is excellent, close to many lovely areas to explore. The service is excellent, and the hotel staff are kind and welcoming. The bed is large and comfortable. Although we requested a room facing the street several times before our arrival, we were given a room facing another building, with no view. We were told that no other rooms were available. The hotel was not clean, and the flowers at the entrance and throughout the hotel were wilted. The toilet is so cramped in the bathroom that there is not even room for a toilet paper holder.

Clean, friendly staff, decor, lots of drawers and a closet The lighting in the room was terrible. The location for us wasn’t a good choice. They were out of Nespresso pods the caffeinated gold pods for 3 of the days we were there. Super irritating because that’s one of the criteria - coffee maker in room. The mini bar / frig is a drawer situation and was difficult to get open. It is a nice hotel, overpriced in comparison to other booking deals we’ve chosen- like the Highline. Location aside, the lighting, the mini bar / frig option and coffee pods would be enough to choose another location.

Nice staff, outdated hotel. Far below the quality of a supposed 5 stars hotel - this is at best a 3 stars. While the room is spacious, the AC sounds like something coming from the 90’s, and the overall building is not well maintained. The room felt very deteriorated, the gym is pretty much useless, the elevator takes 5-10min to come. A lot of headaches overall. Will not come back
