The location was great for getting anywhere in the city, the room was very quiet and the staff was always helpful and pleasant. Everything was very good, the bed was a bit hard but still slept well. Like all NYC hotels, it was a bit expensive.

The room was very clean and comfortable, well appointed architecturally, and quiet. All staff were friendly and truly hospitable. N/A

Everything about the stay was wonderful. I would add muffins to the take away breakfast.

Love the vibes, art deco and cozy. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the bartenders everyone was so nice and pleasant. Everyone we encountered was so helpful. They made accommodations to get us in early so we didn't have to carry our bag around NYC and even allow you to store your bags after check out so we could continue to explore until our train home. The location was so perfect for Pride, we were literally RIGHT there so when we needed a heat or bathroom break, boom hop down 27th. Also, the best rainbow popsicles during Pride, perfect touch! Free breakfast was simple but excellent. A flaky buttery croissant is always perfection It's new york so the rooms are small, but we're not there for the room obviously. Just know that the king sized bed is the room, and I'm a klutz so I smacked my shin a few times trying to get past to my side. There's a mini bar but no space to put your own drinks or left overs. Also the water in the bathroom would run any time the neighbors flushed which was a little loud at night. Could also use a larger shower head, the shower is beautiful, but step out of the little water halo and you freeze.

We LOVED this hotel! It was beautiful, the staff was fantastic, and the location was perfect. I would love to come back!
-
Modern, classy and welcoming. Great location. It was very noisy at night, lots of shouting and people walking in and down the corridor. Our room was outside the lift on level 5. Not much sleep had unfortunately
-
room and bath were very small and cramped, view out the window was depressing
-
The room was very clean (way smaller than expected but makes sense for nyc), staff was so kind and welcoming . Free coffee, breakfast, and water in the lobby. Nice A/C and clean and nice lobby! Great location with a lot to walk to from the hotel
-
Great location and staff was very nice. The room was tiny - I could barely walk around the bed - and I could hear everything going on in the hallways including everyone shutting their doors.
-
Always my favorite place to stay in the city ❤️❤️ the nicest staff, so comfortable, always feels like a home away from home
-
The lounge/ bar was fully stocked and the bartender made excellent cocktails. The front door person, Dipak, was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to a future visit.

Had a wonderful stay. Great location in Manhattan!
-
A beautiful art deco gem in the perfect location for me in Chelsea. Although my room didn’t have a view it was wonderfully quiet and the bed/pillows were without the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel in my life. Staff were generally very helpful. Will definitely stay here again when next in NYC.

Clean and quiet We overslept the included breakfast by 10 minutes and a front desk person acted like she couldn't care less - very unfriendly - not even coffee offered
