Broadway Plaza Hotel

Location excellent. Very central and near to public transport and great view of Empire State Building Heating came on in bedroom and we couldn’t turn it off

Our bathroom was not cleaned properly and we experienced a unsanitary environment. We did end up gettting switched to a different room the next night but it was very upsetting and left us uneasy because we couldn’t switch hotels. We got a small credit back but I still feel as if more could’ve been done compensation wise. Disappointed because someone in the trip that had a great previous experience and this one was not.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful; they went above and beyond to assist us with changes to our reservation. Anthony, the concierge, helped arrange taxis and answer our questions with a smile. Our room was perfect for our family. It was very spacious, with two huge and extremely comfortable king-size beds and a small living area. Despite the busy location and city activity outside, the room was surprisingly quiet. The room was spotlessly clean, with water provided every day, as well as Nespresso coffee capsules. We also appreciated the free umbrellas available for guests.

One of our favorite places to stay in NYC. The rooms are larger and nicer than expected, the staff is amazing, and the location could not be better!

Such a gem in the big city. Hotel is beautiful but does not match the pictures on the site, balcony’s are tiny but the view makes up for it. Unfortunately we had issues with our room getting cool but since we were there just one night we didn’t fuss. Would stay again.

I contacted the hotel after booking it nearly 12 months in advance as we were honeymooning there, I asked for a high view room & we were give a fabulous view of the Empire State Building, it was incredible. The room was fantastic, the staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful, attentive & professional. The hotel was in a fantastic location, we found we could walk to the majority of places we wanted to visit. I would not hesitate in staying here again, it was the perfect location. Rooms were quiet with very little street noise. Highly recommended.
