Broadway Plaza Hotel

Upon arrival, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We checked in and the room was enormous in NYC standards (had 2 kings+sofabed) and very clean and comfortable. The hotel provides a Nespresso coffee machine (which was actually tasty!), water, gourmet chips for snacking, and had a mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and very large, but did not lock. Def not a dealbreaker, but on my next trip with a family of 4, I would bring a doorstop! I highly recommend this hotel. We had a delightful stay.

Wonderful hotel in a fun convenient area with great access to metro station and restaurants. Everything was in perfect condition including AC, shower, refrigerator , TV and sparkling clean with a beautiful decor. Beds and sheets felt luxurious and fantastic front desk and house cleaning staff. No hotel in NYC is better

Great hotel in amazing location! Our only complaint was that the pull out bed on the couch that our son slept in was extremely uncomfortable which is unfortunate - pull out beds have come a long way and there are now comfortable options which Broadway Plaza Hotel should consider investing in, especially since they charge a surcharge for extra persons. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Our needs. It was close to the R and W trains which were what we needed for our stay. There were several restaurants near by. The room was perfect as we had four adults and two toddlers. We were able to use the sitting area as the ‘bedroom’ for the kids without the pak n plays taking up the entire room. The beds were great. The pillows were a bit soft but that is a personal preference issue. The parking lot the hotel had a partnership with is super convenient. Overall a great stay and would stay again!!

Wonderful Hotel in the heart of the Flatiron district. A/C was a little tricky and would change on us and didn’t stay where we set it at. Other than that, great place to stay!!!

We stayed in a King Suite and we were not disappointed. I was so excited when we entered our room. The size of the suite was so big and the amenities were in abundance. The bathroom was huge and luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The suite had a large couch and another chair, two tv's and a coffee machine. There was also a closet that was big enough for us to completely unpack our clothes. There was an abundance of drawers in addition to the closet. The staff at reception were always friendly and always on hand to help us with directions to different places to visit. We were always greeted with a smile and a chat when we returned to the hotel. Special mention to Anthony who helped us so many times and gave us such good advice. If I am lucky enough to return to New York one day, Broadway Plaza Hotel will be a definite for accommodation again. I won't look elsewhere.

Anthony, the concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I arrived at JFK Airport. He made everything so easy for me, his selection about the best restaurants to where to go and shop. I believe if every hotel has a person like Anthony as there concierge I would not hesitate to book a reservation.

Location is near the subway station and there are food options nearby. The service was okay.
