Broadway Plaza Hotel

The hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful. The hotel is centralized with mant bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping nearby. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were able to store our luggage and use the washrooms both before check-in and after check-out. A special thank you to Anthony, the concierge, who helped arrange our transportation to EWR. The complimentary cold water bottles were also a much-appreciated touch during the hot weather.

The view out of the window was lovely. Every single staff member was so kind and welcoming, provided us with great help and advice. Would definelty recommend that hotel to anyone !!!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is above and beyond helpful, the hotel is gorgeous and clean, the location is great, and it’s a new favorite in NYC. Several family members also stayed here for my wedding and they all raved about it as well. Highly recommend!

Exceptional

Beautiful balcony overlooking the empire state building. Free umbrella's to guests to use was a lifesaver during the thundershowers. only 1 elevator shared by all upper floor guests and staff caused long wait times to get to/from your room

Great place close to all the right lines and 28 street subway - fantastic staff and check-in. Clean and tidy - and nice, too. Right smack dab in the middle of everything and close walk to it all. Or subway your way around. Very happy!

Very central in Mid town Manhattan ! Great restaurants right next door … rooms are spacious, as well as bathrooms…water and snacks replenished daily. Close to subway. Had a wonderful stay.

The entire hotel is very clean and the rooms were very nice. The staff was very considerate and kind and we were able to lower the temperature with no issue in the rooms. My only complaint is that the tv did work but we were unable to connect to YouTube/Netflix it was only certain channels and the remote didn’t work we had to download the app. Other than that the whole stay was incredible!

This hotel is an absolute gem. We are always travelling with children (there are 5 of us), and the rooms we stay in are often not quite right - Eg aircon not working properly, beds crammed in to create a family room - this hotel gets all of those details correct - huge spacious room, super cool aircon (what a relief) etc. Location is fantastic, and the staff were so friendly we felt like we were staying with friends - greeting us warmly every time we left / arrived, offering us cold water (it was over 30 degrees every day) etc. On the last day, the concierge Anthony carried all of our bags to the taxi parked around the corner, offered us ice cold water and to use the washrooms before we left - simple things but it made us feel so welcome and valued. We are fortunate enough to travel a lot and this is one of (if not the) most family friendly hotel we have stayed in. Highly recommended

I have stayed in many NYC hotels and this is now my favorite! Great location. Easy and friendly check in. I had my infant son with and hotel provided a crib (was clean and in good condition). Room was quiet and spacious (had the king with sitting area). Would recommend!

We come to NYC a couple times a year and this was by far the nicest and cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Room was comfortable and cool with a view of the Empire State Building. We only got to stay one night because we had a reservation at another hotel which ended up being a huge mistake. We arrived early so the staff checked our bags and even offered to hold them after we checked out since it was too early to check in to our next hotel. Anthony went above and beyond making us feel welcome and was always willing to help. This will be our go to from now on.

Outstanding location, helpful staff, and good size room (for Manhattan) that was very clean and comfortable. Recommend requesting a room on not facing Broadway due to street noise.
