Broadway Plaza Hotel

This is a nice hotel in a great location.

Very kind and helpful staff. The room was clean and well stocked with everything you need plus a few bonus water bottles and snacks.

Great hotel in midtown Manhattan. Great for business travelers!

Our room was on the corner of 2 streets and had an amazing large terrace with great views of empire state building, staff were very friendly and helpful also Nothing

Wonderful staff! Helpful with the many questions I posed to them every day from this out of towner. Customer service was excellent and will not hesitate to stay here again. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Loved our stay!! Anthony the doorman was amazing, superior customer service.

Excellent location, so clean, looks like a brand new hotel. Staff were very helpful. Provided umbrellas due to rain. Would definitely stay here again.

The concierge, Anthony was extraordinarily helpful when we had a sudden change of plans and our flight was cancelled. He went way out of his way to help and find us a room in a sister hotel. nothing

The check in was extremely friendly and everybody was very helpful during our stay. A quick walk to our concert and conveniently located to all areas of the city. Cute boutique hotel with wonderful comfy beds and lots of free snacks and water. Highly recommend this hotel.

Large well equipped room with nice amenities. We really enjoyed the location, close to excellent restaurants and shops.

Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. There was a gap between the floor and the main door, I noticed this when laying down in the bed and can see the light underneath my door from the inside. Huge safety concern, I could put my hand underneath the gap, I had to put a towel near the door so you could not see under, I could even lay down and look out and see the highway, just imagine someone being able to do the same from the other side. I brought the issue up and of course it was not treated as priority urgent, the response from the staff is that maintenance is out for the day, not other accommodations were offered. I checked out at 12pm and still nonrefreence nor was there a knock on the door from maintenance to see what the issue was or try to fix it

Everything from the start to end of our stay at Broadway Plaza hotel was amazing. Extremely clean and spacious room. I will always stay at Broadway Plaza hotel if visiting New York again.
