Functional, clean. Larger room than most Manhattan hotel rooms, but expect zero charm.

The only thing I liked about my stay was the location. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. I stayed for 3 nights with my son, and our room was not cleaned at all during the entire stay. The room was also very small, and the TV and furniture were old and outdated. Considering that I paid $735 for three nights, I found the stay far too expensive for the quality and condition of the room. Overall, I expected a much better standard for this price.

This stay was great! It was in a great location for our stay. It wasn’t too updated, but it was a good size for what we needed. Mostly cleaned, but old amenities. Staff were lovely and felt like a safe area.

Location was great, staff super friendly. Room was clean & bed comfortable. Close to a number of subway lines. Great coffee around the corner at Eataly Pillows a little soft- but overall not a deal breaker.

Perfect location for exploring manhattan and beyond. They offered triple room which was why I booked as this is rare and we are a family of 3 Bathroom was incredibly small but ultimately it was a very reasonable price for manhattan so you have to manage expectations
