However great location 23rd/6th station 3-4 min walk, the beds are so comfortable and the ensuite showers are great. Staff are really super. Book with confidence.
-
For the price, good value. Rooms were not super updated but for the purpose of a night in the city and ensuring you had somewhere to sleep, this was great
-
You always have to bring down the towels on your own to get new ones, like in a hostel. Room only gets cleaned when you say the day before at the reception. Our window was not well isolated, its really loud. Also the AC is loud, you can not sleep with it on. Room was quite big for NY. Employees were friendly.

Handy location close to Subway and is easily the best nights sleep I've had in a New York Hotel. Comfortable beds, good amount of space in the room and a spacious bathroom. Only downside was lack of view from the room but that probably helped make the room quieter than it would have been if it looked out onto the street. Would definitely stay again.

Love the location! Staff was so great! Will stay here again on my next trip. Nothing fancy but cannot beat the price!
-
The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The location was great; short walk to great restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere (Times Square, etc) with no problem. The toilet paper was located far across from the toilet which required standing up to access it - This was not ideal.
-
Absolutely love this location--wonderful neighborhood, convenient, super walkable to so many things. The staff is so friendly and nice and the rooms are always clean. Air conditioning works great, too!
-
it was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in the City!

The location is ideal and the staff are very friendly. The air conditioning worked well. It has a basic gym. The hotel does not serve breakfast so you need to buy your own food. On one of the days, the cleaner removed all toilet paper and did not leave any replacements (so I had to ask for more from the front desk). The elevators are quite slow.
-
The Hotel is in a decent central location. The room was very tired, the window was filthy, the aircon box wedged in the window was exceptionally noisy. For what I paid, it was very disappointing.
-
Good location near Madison Square Park. Tiny room, not even a chair in it. Musty odor. Lumpy pillows. Had to request more toilet paper as housekeeping did not see fit to replenish it. Hallways so narrow that it was hard to pass other guests. Not ADA compliant.
-
Kind and helpful staff. Excellent location.
-
Room was clearly not cleaned well, but it did the job for a two night stay. Air conditioning unit was good. The gym is tiny but you can get in a good workout, however it's not air-conditioned so it's very hot. Don't even ask about early check in because they'll just run you around in circles.

Friendly staff, clean room, good neighborhood, close to subway. Comfortable bed, quiet night. It’s exactly what I expected for a reasonably priced Manhattan hotel. Just go in knowing there is nothing luxury about it. Skinny awkward hallways, dark.
-
It was clean, staff was helpful, quiet rooms, great location. It was great having use of the large first floor room with tables, we brought in takeout food from restaurants on the block and it was so much nicer than having to corral kids in a restaurant.
-
Very good basic accommodations. The staff was very nice and helpful
-
We had rooms on the back that faced another building very very close up . No sunlight was let in giving the room a dreary atmosphere. Even though the room was clean it felt like a dump. It was quiet, the staff was excellent but I almost had a panic attack the first night trying to sleep. I would never return.
-
Nice, clean, good location, reasonably priced for the area. Staff were very pleasant and hospitable.
-
My friends and I stayed in a room with two double beds, and we had so much space to get ready with our stuff, which was fantastic! The staff was super helpful, and it was a great spot to come back to after walking the city all day.
