Heritage Hotel

The hotel itself is an older building with beautiful architecture. There is a large breakfast room. Since the hotel no longer serves breakfast, guests can use this space to prepare their own meals. A microwave and a toaster are available for use. We were a group of four and had booked two rooms, each with a king-size bed. The rooms were clean and of standard size (approx. 20 sq. m). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful; I personally needed to switch 1 room - this was handled without any issues the following day. If you arrive by car—as we did—there is an option to park in a garage at a discounted rate. I would book this hotel again anytime for a stay in New York.

Three twin beds, but comfortable. Small bathroom, very very nice staff. Nice amenities. It was a nice time. Great for a night or two.

Great stay

Tried to scam us at check-in. The halls are absolutely disgusting, dirty, old and has not been updated in many years. The room was disgusting - dirty, holes in wall, window duct taped windows, bathroom mirror broke, curtains falling off and stained, bed comforter stained, mouse droppings, shower rusty, very old and not acceptable. One night we came back after seeing a musical and our door was left open. The beds were made but nothing cleaned. We were terrified to look thinking our belongings would be gone. This was the worse “hotel” (it should not be called a hotel) experience ever and had us dreading having to go back to the hotel at the end of the day. What they charge is unbelievable for this unacceptable building called a hotel.

The walls are very thin. Could hear every sound in adjoining room. Thank god they were fairly quiet

The room was cleaned but the floor was not moped. Very small rooms.

Excellent location! Great places to eat nearby, CVS pharmacy and supermarket nearby.

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room did not have a microwave and the fridge was a bit small but for a family of three we made it work! Would recommend to others looking for a location close to MSG and other activities.

Hotel interior is clean but the exterior is dirty, especially street, sidewalk.

Great stay

I went in my room and left my daughter booked me another hotel. It was old very outdated had window units. Even the elevator and hallways was horrible I spent $1,166.00 for 20 minutes. It was during fifa World Cup finals.

We had a great stay here, it was very close to everything, short walk to the Empire State Building, time square right down Broadway and around the corner from the Flatiron building. So much food within a block. Definitely get Anita Gelato. It’s an old building and it shows but the room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Elevators slow. Room was a little small for 3 people.
