Location was good, less than a block from the metro station and the Flatiron building. The hotel desperately needs sound insulation, however. My room was adjacent to a bar or something and I had to listen to music until well after midnight. I finally fell asleep and then I had to listen to someone 'snooze' their alarm every five minutes between 4:30 and 5:30 AM. When I couldn't get back to sleep, I checked out of the hotel.

Very good position, 201 (front side) is very comfortable, nice staff, free coffee, water and ice cubes, in the night quite and safe, just a minute from my favourite 320 rooftop bar.

Super cute hotel, some stains on bedding and only a very thin sheet for a blanket. Very small restroom but served its purpose for the night.

Great location, friendly staff, tea and coffee provided. This is the second time I stay here and was disappointed with this room. The bed was saggy, you could hear the other rooms, and there was no shelf or enough hooks to put your clothes.

The flat was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect and well-connected. You can also leave your luggage downstairs if you need to visit the city before check-in or after check-out.

Very good location, close to Penn Station in Midtown Very nice and friendly staff Room had a very small window which you couldn’t open so was getting pretty humid

Location was great- Eddie was lovely and friendly very helpful!! Room was damp smelling, window area was patched in badly, even with air con on ( which was crazy loud) there was still drops of water falling on the bed. Very loud outside room.

I think people should study this hotel because it is an amazing option for the people around the world to visit NY and be able to pay these prices. The truth is people don't need a glamorous expensive hotel in Manhattan because the city has so much to offer. People need these type of hotels!!! Please build more options like this in other parts of Manhattan!
