Stayed here with my fiancé. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrive we were given a token for a free glass of champagne or wine at the bar. Hotel was clean and our room was great. We liked that the window opened for fresh air. We booked a city view and had a great view of the Empire State Building.

Everything was fine in terms of location, cleanness and staff. I really enjoyed to stay there but i had issues with getting my deposit amount back and waiting for that for almost 2 months. Only thing I did not like is, despite I contacted to hotel 2 times to investigate the reason why I cannot get my reimbursement, but no help or investigation was conducted.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-maintained, with modern amenities that made everything feel effortless. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar—great atmosphere, stunning views, and amazing drinks. I’d gladly stay here again!
