The room is too small. In the picture It looks big but once you get there, it’s too small. You can’t even walk around in the room..

We booked the property for a two night stay. The room was clean and renovated but there were issues with the air conditioning. Given that it was almost 35 degrees outside, it was really important for us that it was cool inside. The hallways do not have AC and the hot air was seeping into our room. Despite the fact that the AC was set to 68F (~20C), the room itself remained at almost 28C. We called and spoke to staff but no resolution was offered (no fan, someone to take a look at the AC, a change of room, nothing). The gym in the basement was well stocked however it smells like pee down there. There’s also only one person working the “front desk” so check in took over 20 minutes as the group in front of us was taking a long time and there was no one else available to check us in. The location is convenient however I wouldn’t rebook this hotel.

Very good choice for a comfortable stay
-
Ok hotel for the price. However expect very small lobby and only 2 lifts, which will make you wait a lot during rush hours in the morning and evening.

Very friendly staff. Room is clean and bed is firm. Very enjoyable stay

New and renovated buildings. The elevators were quick, which is helpful in taller buildings.

Bar on roof was closed

The air conditioning in my room did not work and it was in the middle of a heat wave. They did send a tech up to look at it and he did attempt to fix it. I left and it was still not fixed. They did switch my room. I then extended my check out which I paid for and no one communicated that I had to get the key to my room re keyed. When I went to get back into my room I couldn’t. I had to go back to the desk twice because it did not work. I understand this is a mini or inconvenience but it was also extremely hot along with the air issues in my first room that I had to deal with the day prior. It would have been nice if they would have comped my late check out, my parking for something for the inconveniences. The staff were friendly, but not sure if I would stay here again especially for what I had to pay.

Clean. Relaxing. Very helpful staff. Great area to stay away from the Main Street.

Amazing rooftop bar with a spectacular view of the Empire State Bldg.

Roof top and location

The location was incredibly close to 34th Ave station - one of the most connected in the city. I thought it was quite noisy at night. It’s probably just a generic issue in the city, but the sounds of trucks, alarms and other guests coming in and out of their rooms late at night impacted my sleep. Otherwise, the room was very clean, modern and comfortable.

It was a beautiful place

The location was great, right in the heart of NYC, walking distance to most of the attractions, including Times Square, subway stops, Empire State Building, etc. The room had a decent size, it was clean, modern, with quite a decent view outside. I was told at the reception that we had breakfast included (even though I remembered we did not), so it was a nice thing to be offered. However, when we went to sit down in the morning, we were told it's actually not included. So this miscommunication was a bad customer experience, since they created an expectation and then took it back.

Nice and clean. Rooftop bar was very nice. Like every thing

The AC unit in the room was so extremely loud and would make banging noises every so often. Was too hot to sleep without it on so would wake up at least once an hour when it made loud noises.

There was a parade at noon and we were trying to get to our hotel at 5pm and we're surprised the roads that had staged the floats were still blockedm So we had to leave out cab, walk up 4 blocks to get our bags that the hotel had held for us for the day since we checked out earlier, get the bags and hoof out of there we luggage rolling down nearly empty streets, until we got to a cross road that permitted traffic... Why the streets were still closed after a Noon parade was beyond me and surprising because where I live, Atlanta, they break down the barriers after the parade to open up traffic. You can look up which streets will be blocked off where for parades and a pod them during that time. Other than that experience, even with 3 hours trip time to the gate we nearly missing our plane, the hotel is nice, rooms are nice and the staff is the best you'll find.
