Room was clean and reasonably sized (given the location); Breakfast service was good, though limited options. Fairly walkable to the Subway station and Soho. The reason we knocked off a star in the rating was that the corridor had an odor, which every time we got out of the room to the elevator, would make it less than ideal

All the little public spaces are great for meeting up with other guests or friends in town, but also feel private. This hotel was so quiet I couldn’t believe I was on such a bustling intersection. There were a lot of nice touches to the room too— wine glasses and wine, nice soaps, a robe, a refrigerator. I couldn’t figure out how to connect the smart tv to my streaming services, but it was fine to watch old school tv for a change. This will sound germaphobic but I check mattresses everywhere I stay and was happy to see this one was practically like new and covered completely in the same waterproof hypoallergenic zipper cover I use at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and smelled nice, with soft linens, and they weren’t stingy on towels. We all loved the rooftop lounge, the puppy yoga, and the games on the patio. I appreciated being able to reheat my leftovers in the study area’s communal microwave. I didn’t have a chance to work out because I didn’t want to, but my daughter did and liked the gym a lot. I really can’t recommend this place more.

Hotel is great. Very clean room and quiet. The rooftop lounge is a bit beaten up but that wasn’t important to me.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was close to so many things, a quick walk to the subway, and perfectly between Chinatown and Little Italy. The hotel staff was fabulous - they stored our luggage, scheduled a cab to the airport for us, and were all around lovely. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for 3 people (we booked the double room). We loved the rooftop bar. And the view is insane! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great rooftop bar! Excellent view of the nyc skyline. Awesome 2nd floor terrace with plenty of seating and outdoor games (table tennis, corn hole, connect 4). Room was comfortable for our family of 4.

Staff was very helpful with checking in and holding our luggage until our room was ready and then a late check out. They offered water bottles and a refill station that was really nice as well.

Clean, great location, friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Chinatown location, away from the masses in midtown. Easy access to the subway headed north-south or east-west. The staff was exceptional, made us feel right at home. Rooms are clean, great views, and there’s a nice common area on the 2nd floor w/ a terrace with games and places to eat your take out and a place to refill your water bottle on a hot summer day. The food in the area is incredible. Oh and a nice rooftop bar/breakfast spot. We will be returning.

We loved our stay here. We had a clean, modern room with a spacious bathroom and great city views. The staff was professional and helpful. Especially enjoyed coffee on the rooftop with spectacular views as our background.
