Unique property. The rooms are spacious for New York and the location is excellent. However, the amenities in terms of food, etc., a little lacking. But the fitness center was well equipped. Overall, four stars out of five.

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff. Love the indoor outdoor middle sitting area. Was a wonderful stay. Didn't like that the shower had no door to close you in so easily got cold unless under the water.

Well, it was a decent short stay

I accidentally had a package delivered after I had already checked out, and the staff kindly took care of returning it for me. Thank you! ❤️ They were amazing throughout my entire stay. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are modern and chic, with comfortable beds, a refrigerator, and good air conditioning. The super-trendy lobby makes a great first impression. It’s easy to pull your vehicle up outside for free while loading or unloading luggage, and a doorman can help if needed. In New York City, having a convenient place to pull in really matters. Reasonably priced parking with in-and-out privileges is also available nearby. The location is excellent—a short walk from the Javits Center, Times Square, and the subway, with an ALDI right up the street. There are tons of restaurants nearby. There’s also a fantastic outdoor courtyard, free filtered water, an ATM, and a billiards room. I will stay here again in a few months! Tips - don't buy tickets to Comedy Central from guys in Time's Square (scam). Get the hop-on-off bus tour but go in the morning/night when not in direct sun. Very interesting! Wicked on Broadway 15/10.

Passable

I stayed for 3 days, everything was great, I didn’t complain about anything. Sometimes you don’t need to listen to some reviews but trust yourself!!
-
Location. Comfortable. Nice to have a fridge. No closet. mosquitoes in room. Maybe room stayed open during house keeping.
-
Pretty run down even for an old NYC building, pretty expensive for what it is. We found a massive cockroach in our room, let front desk know, they brushed it off without any concern or any kind of offer.

The room seemed extremely dark and depressing. I felt boxed in. My room had no windows that actually faced towards the street. It felt like a motel. Bathroom sink water was filling to the top. A few things were falling apart. There was no closet for bags or storage. The tv wasn’t working and the table wasn’t a table it was just a flat piece with A/C air coming out so odd. I only liked the LED in the bed frame. I was able to dim it. It felt comfy and romantic. I think the hotel is old and needs a lot of updates. New furniture, closets, new paint.
-
The location was very convenient and led to 42 street time square. The size of the rooms are decent. I had a king suit the bed was not very comfortable.
-
Nothing I wasn’t clean, but I didn’t feel safe and there was someone constantly yelling outside my room

Very convenient and nice hotel for the price. No issues. Must find parking elsewhere though.

The location was good The room could have been a bit bigger.

I would give management a 1-star for not having any sort of customer service experience or safety knowledge for their guests. Aside from the glaring safety issue, the first room we were given was not thoroughly cleaned: dust lined the back panels of the bed and I found used eyelashes littered across. However, the AC was great and kept us cool at night for the days we did stay. It really is a no frills hotel, and its only perk is that it is close to the convention center, which averaged about a 7-minute walk.
-
Pretty basic as far as hotels go, but it was a great location and staff was nice
-
Nice place wish you can smoke in the middle area though !!
