Hudson Yards Hotel

TV streaming stick didn’t work, remote control didn’t work, accent wallpaper above headboard peeling, bathroom door didn’t lock, clear signs of recent party activity for room (tape on ceiling) and 2 big laundry bags left outside of door first 2 days. The mini fridge was a welcome perk! Water station was refreshing amenity with the heat!

Staff were really friendly. Rooms were a decent size and in general it was nicely located to time square and public transportation

This hotel is good but has so much potential to be great. The staff are all so nice and helpful when they can be. The reviews about the lack of television is true. Unless you travel with a FireStick, you will be out of luck with tv in the room. One of the lights in my room didn’t work(I did inform the front desk but decided it wasn’t a big deal(for me)). The toiletries could be better and having the ability to have ice in your room would be great( they gave me a bag of ice & not like from the store; not very convenient). But with all of this, i honestly will prolly stay here again. It’s not far from train/subway and very close to plenty of places to eat and/or hang out.

Ac didn’t work

The front desk were nice and helpful but house keeping needs to do better . I had 2 occasions where the house keeper tries to open the door without knocking . The room was ok there was alot of ants in the rest room floor.

The room's air conditioning was faulty, and they didn't service it for three days, only once.

I stayed for 3 days and the rooms are pretty nice. Especially the bathroom. The staff is pretty helpful. They charge extra for early check in depending on the time you arrive. The only downside is that there are no microwaves in rooms. You have to come downstairs to the lobby to warm up any leftovers you may have. But overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s cheaper than the other hotels in the area.

The hotel smelled stale and like weed. The floor was wet and the vinyl was peeling. The furniture was breaking and cheap. It was hot. TV didn’t work. It was dark.

Everything is a problem except employee's.

I called for parking information before booking and I was misled into believing that parking was cheap in the area. IT IS NOT.
