Second time stay. Female travelers. Check in takes a bit but everyone was very kind. The hotel had some wear and the remote to our tv was missing. We didn’t feel like asking for one tho I’m sure we would have gotten one. Overall, great place for a great price, with a short walk from Penn Station and Times Square

Excellent staff and facility.

Great location if you want to be near Times Square and subway access. We had a corner room and the view was great. The guys that work the front door/desk were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was great and very friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

The cleaning staff & luggage staff were kind & helpful. I rarely write bad reviews. Trust me, don’t stay here. The pictures may look nice & modern but what you don’t see it’s basically one step above a hostel kind of place. The lobby reeks of bad cologne. The room is tiny & has no fridge or safe even though it’s advertised they do. The shower leaked all over the bathroom, the blow dryer didn’t work, the walls are paper thin & worst of all, the guests are loud. It was 1 am & they’re yelling & screaming in the hallway. If you want to check in early they’ll charge you, and if you arrive early & need to check your bag they’ll charge you for that too. I grabbed breakfast to go one morning & sat at an empty table & the lady at what is basically a concession stand (not a restaurant) rudely told me I couldn’t sit there with outside food. To top it off, one night my DoorDash order arrived with no forks/knives & when I asked the concierge for a set they pointed me to a vending machine that charge 3.25 for plastic forks. Just don’t stay here. They don’t know the meaning of hospitality.

The computer check in system broke. There was a 2 hour line to check in. The staff told me it was down for two days.

The rooms are smaller than the pictures. The food at the hotel is decent not the best

It was very modern and design oriented The AC didn’t work have to keep the window open, and the knob of the sink was loose as well
-
The staff were great and the food was OK Auto check-in didn't work, either to check in or out resulting in a long wait for the single receptionist. The luggage robot was broken. The water machine in the corridor was missing. The bed was very soft, with a sag in the middle, and very uncomfortable, and the air con sounded like a jumbo jet taking off when it kicked in.
-
Reception staff very pleasent on check in. Room was comfortable, clean and a good size. Good location. Lifts were often very busy. Not sure what the point of the 3 or 4 staff walking around the lobby was, the small reception area was overwhelmed and these support staff could do nothing to help. Much better off making the reception desk larger and putting the staff behind it. On several occasions there were huge lines to check in.

The rooms are cleaned very good and every day. Always found us a table for breakfast without delay The elevators are not well synchronized.

Good location. easy access. Overall, ok in terms of bang for buck. Not great though The rooms were all past their prime. Cigarette burns, strange stains, broken furniture. On top of that, getting an invoice for the stay through the hotel (recommended by Booking) has been challenging.

Nothing Self check in wasn’t working, then queue for reception was 30 mins. Then got over charged by over $120. Then self checkout also didn’t work, couldn’t queue as was another 30 mins
