Unclean, loud throughout the night due to hotel construction, bad customer service

Very convenient location for everything we need to see in NY

Upon arrival I was charged $65 for an unknown fee. Not sure what this was for as I was offered a free beverage in the morning. I realize there was a heatwave but I have never stayed in such a hot room. The AC was not cold. There are no ice machines. My main concern was the distance to Times Square and the slew of homeless people hanging out near the hotel. Not pleasant to walk by them and deal with the stench of urine in the street.I wouldn't stay here again.

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. Not a way to vent shower steam, so the room stayed musty-smelling.

Hotel was updated and everything was very clean. The location was great! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Coffee every morning was a bonus.

I would say bring small trash bags if you’re not comfortable throwing items away in the metal trash cans.

This is my go to stay in NYC. Clean rooms, convenient location. I've stayed here solo as well as with my sister and have had positive experiences every single time. Yes, it can be small and cramped for 2 people, but we're literally only in the hotel to sleep - we're out exploring all day. It is less expensive than many surrounding hotels in the area. This place just cannot be beat. Will definitely be staying here over and over again!

This is a surprisingly sweet little hotel in the heart of Times Square. Rooms are tiny, but kind of all you need as a home base to crash at night. The staff are all lovely and the vibes are good. The hotel is simple and clean, but my bathroom had a strange stink to it that was…not great. There aren’t much in the way of amenities, but the hotel bar is cute and for the price, it’s my go-to spot when I need to stay in the area.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance to lots of attractions and a lot of restaurants bars close by. Felt safe walking around. Rooms are small and a little cramped for two people but the beds are comfortable and shower area is good. Bar area of hotel is lovely, I think they are still working on the outside area and selection of drinks was limited but it’s a lovely space Would have liked a hairdryer in room but one was brought up quickly when requested.
