The location and costumer service

Great Location just off times square and close to Chelsea area. Easy 15 minute walk to Penn station. Great bar with morning food available. Clean functional room, with great views The bed was absolutely worn out.
-
The bed was very comfortable. Convenient location. The shower could have been a couple of inches longer to prevent water getting on the bathroom floor.
-
I was able to check in early, and got a free room upgrade. The room was clean, comfortable, and more spacious than expected. Location was great, easy walk to subway and bus station. Perfect location of being near Times Square but not as busy.

intriguing interior design, the room is cozy and has a great location around times square. there is a smell of the shower curtain, and there are some dirty spots in bathroom.
-
The staffs. Rooms are a bit small.
-
The room was tiny but comfortable. Staff was great. The bathroom drain stunk and there were drain moths. Also on Friday morning we wre woken up with news that a fire drill was going to happen. The announcement was louder than the alarms..it startled us.

Spotlessly clean hotel with small but brilliantly designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Times Square but genuinely quiet. A few minutes walk to The A C and E Subway lines. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the always reliable Westway Diner. Free coffee every morning in hotel bar.

Location was perfect, also room was enough big and clean. Staff for luggage and taxi rides were super helpful Staff on the front could be more friendly when coming and explaning the hotel, lounge and how the hotels elevator functions. Some other older guests had problems with them…

We loved the location, close to times square and port autority terminal station, the hotel offered daily tours with a guide free of charge, the tours were amazing and interesting. We had an issue with the light sensor and they immediately sent a technician that fixed it in minutes. We loved the hotel. The room was a little bit crowded but we manjed. They cleaned everyday although we didn't put the sign to clean the room. I recommend the hotel. It was a little bit crowded.
