The room was clean.and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Most overpriced hotel I've ever stayed at. Dated interior--like early 2000s industrial. Terrible. Rooms were plain and clean which was a relief.

Unbeatable value, I just wanted a nice hot shower and clean bed to go back to in a good location and this was spot on, room service everyday was a great plus too! The view was also incredible Not much, rooms are quite small but that’s to be expected with the price

Everywhere was clean and tidy, friendly and efficient staff for check in, free coffee in the lounge in the morning, prompt and thorough housekeeping each day for the rooms, excellent soundproofing, great wifi, convenient location just near to Times Square and subway, restaurants etc., elevators were fast and frequent. Bedding could be slightly enhanced with an extra blanket.
