Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel staff were definitely friendly and the hotel was generally clean + the resort fee was nice so you could restock your waters at the cafe downstairs. That being said, the hotel is really rundown (the carpet is coming up, all the furniture is scratched up, there were holes in my bedding, there were holes in the wall where I should have had a full length mirror, etc.), there is a lot of noise both from the hallway and outside, and the location is a bit sketchy given its proximity to the Port Authority and Times Square. It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed for work travel, but it also wasn't great.

Great time! They kindly stored our bags before and after checkout, and the staff were so kind and friendly!

The room was clean and very comfortable. Check-in was easy and although the neighborhood is very dirty, access to metro and attractions was good. Would never stay in Hells Kitchen again but this is not a reflection on the property but on the city. The neighborhood was falling apart and disgusting. Regarding the hotel, there was this $29 mandatory fee that we could use for credit but one th first day each person explained it differently and we didn't figure out how it worked until our last day. so basically we wasted two $29 fees because it wasn't explained properly. Also, Noise control from the street was great because we were on a high floor but every time someone entered or left their room, their door would slam and it would wake me up.

The place was great. Staff was fantastic!!!!

All the staff was very friendly. However we dropped off luggage early and asked about an early check-in. The woman at the desk said she thought that would be possible and we’d get a phone call. We got no phone call at all, but went back at 2:30 and were able to check-in without issue We ate at the restaurant twice and both times it seemed like one person was doing everything so the service was sooooo slow.

Our ac was not working so we had them work on it and nothing changed

MY SON AND I HAD A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AT YOUR DISTRIKT HOTEL! THE RECEPTIONISTS ALWAYS SMILEY, HELPFUL, ENGAGING, SUPER FRIENDLY. I WILL DEFINITELY REFER THE DISTRIKT TO ANYONE I KNOW PLANNING TO VISIT NYC. AND I WILL BE BACK.

Very good location, the room is a bit small but there is enough space for two people and it was clean and comfortable. It also had a very nice view. Booking.com rate was not applied to my reservation when I checked in so I had to ask for the clarification. The room has AC but it was not strong enough to cool the entire room.

Cleanliness in rooms, hallways, restaurant, elevators and lobby. And food was good though not a lot of variety.
