Had a great experience here. The staff were all so wonderful and had great recommendations.

The reception staff were always lovely and chatty and helpful, The cleaning staff we never met but everyday came back to a freshly made bed and fresh towels. Bathroom clean and shower was hot and powerful, Excellent prices for a great location and to get some sleep. We literally slept and washed here so it was perfect.

The bathrooms needed an update… The shower was outdated, the shower head sprayed all its water at one certain point and actually hurt when it hit your body. The exhaust fan did not suck any steam out of the bathroom when you were showering and the lighting in the bathroom is awful for trying to put on makeup.

Hotel was located in a central location, but not near Time Square , so not sure why they named it that. Bathrooms need serious repair, the showers were kind of gross, tiles were falling out and was moldy. The rooms have no real seating area , there is a long shelf with a stool, Super loud street noise and walls are paper thin. It was ok for the time we were there, but wouldn't recommend for quiet peaceful time.

The hallways were so dimly lit that it honestly gave a "The Shining" vibe, and smelled of mildew. (NOT a safe place for a single person traveling or family with small children) Our room was as clean as any other. Nothing spectacular. The toilet was a ridiculous, plastic toilet, with a weird lid that you could not keep from slamming closed. The pipes in the sink rattled insanely loud in the wall every time I washed my hands or brushed my teeth. I am disabled and the sides of the tub were too high to step in to. I had to stay outside the tub. I would clean myself, rest, rinse, rest, clean myself and so on. The air conditioning wouldn't change just 1 degree. It was at least 2 to 3 everytime it was touched (and for someone having anxiety and OCD, this was extremely frustrating) Thankfully we took an Uber everywhere, but beware because the address doesn't match up to where the Uber guide said it did. Also, being in Hell's Kitchen, the price was RIDICULOUS! It shows this beautiful building online, which was COMPLETELY false when we saw it. We honestly thought we were at the wrong hotel. This was not at ALL what we expected and would NEVER stay again. The only upside to this hotel was the wonderful and engaging staff. We were very thankful for their kindness and attentiveness.

This is definitely not 4 stars hotel as it was advertised ,,very basic room ,no breakfast ,no coffee in the room ,expensive

Great location easy to drive in to hotel & a parking garage attached. Very helpful staff,clean nice big room. Shower difficult to get in high tub. Great food in area & easy walk to Madison Square Gardens. Worked out great for our trip.

The staff were fantastic! The ride they secured us to the airport was very affordable and super convenient! And you can’t beat the location!

Late checkout scam. We were told at check-in that late checkout was $75/hour after noon, but were later told it would be $75 just to stay from 11 to noon and were lectured about being even a minute late, despite trying to clarify the policy before 11 a.m.
