There are no amenities, it’s an over priced motel. This is a terrible hotel. There isn’t even a work space. The staff is also extremely rude and constantly trying to waste your time. I won’t be coming back.

Lobby hangout was great! While the rooms are on the smaller side, the bathroom was a great size. Only wished room had a small table/chair for computer but I understand that’s what the lobby is for. Location to Madison Square Garden was main selling point. Would stay again for sure

The staff is phenomenal! The rooms are always spotless. The food is always amazing. Location is perfect, super close to Penn Station. This was our second time, we will definitely stay here again next time.
-
It was fine. About what I was expect the price point in midtown. Everything was clean.

Jimmy at check in was the absolute sweetest; so welcoming, helpful, friendly, and fun. The energy was contagious and carried through our entire stay! This hotel is adorable and anesthetic, great vibes, darling rooms, and it has a fantastic restaurant (legasea) with great staff as well! I would def recommend to others and plan to stay here during our next trip.

We’ve stayed at this location before and it was great. It was winter time. This trip the AC was short cycling and so it wasn’t by pulling the humidity out of the air and so the room was cold and clammy. After two nights they moved us to another room where the AC just stopped working every few hrs throughout the night. We called in the am and the ‘engineer’ said that’s just how the AC works in that particular room. Nonsense. So don’t recommend summer at this location. The location is food. The magic Hour roof top bar doesn’t have AC so that’s useless in the summer time. The staff was the best part of the hotel minus the two engineers (as they call them) who weren’t knowledgeable in what their true job duties were. One was super high and working. Totally unprofessional. Not sure we’d stay there again. The discomfort made for a not great trip to NYC.

Great location. Tidy, well-appointed rooms. Comfortable bed. Staff couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. And cool rooftop bar with amazing views! Highly recommend.

Very good midtown accommodation close to Penn station.

Great location, confortable rooms, excellent restaurant and rooftop.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The room had no air conditioning and was unbearably hot. I called the front desk and asked them to fix it. Someone came to check it, but they told me that was the maximum the AC could do and that it wasn’t going to get any cooler. They apologized, but that didn’t solve the problem. It was extremely uncomfortable, and I expected much better.
-
Very cool property and great location, the room was a little tight but to be expected in NYC i suppose. Would recommend and stay again. The rooftop is the gem of the stay, i could’ve hung out there all night with no need to go anywhere else

All staff are amazing and make your trip , thanks guys 🇺🇸

Room was odd with toilet and shower sort of visible through fogged glass from the beds. Window was to a lightwell that provided little light.
-
Great location, clean and comfortable. Elevators were a bit annoying to navigate and it was almost excessively trendy like the kid trying too hard to be cool. There were a lot of sexual innuendos that made me wonder if I was supposed to be there because we were there for a girls weekend. Overall, I would stay there again but not with my kids.

Toilet backed up 3 times in the first hour of or stay. They brought maintenance men up 3 times. And offered to change our room but we were unpacked and settled in. Don’t market box waters also on the page. Overall 2.5/5

I loved all the amenities throughout the hotel, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The bar on second floor had a great ambiance, and the rooftop lounge was definitely—such a fun and relaxing place to unwind. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, the hotel had a great vibe, excellent service, and a memorable atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, modern hotel in a great location!

Almost charged me double service fees if I were not to check the receipt.

I find it very crazy to not have a refrigerator in your room and then you have to go get ice basically in the basement so there’s nowhere to keep anything cold. Also, the AC worked sparingly. Apparently the compressor wasn’t kicking on on and off some days. It worked good some days it didn’t.
