Had been worried the room might be a bit small but it’s well designed and turned out to be just great. Location is also awesome - easy to stroll out to loads of places, or get to various metro stations that are all less than 5 mins walk. Highly recommend

1 - Excellent Shower 2 - Very clean and modern 3 - Very helpful staff 4 - Excellent location Bad points:- 1 - Please check your charges from Cafe Avignon on 1st Floor. They don't provide you with an itemised bill - just a charge on your card. 2 - Air con unit is extremely noisy !!!! 3 - Room was small in comparison 4 - They dont make it clear that there is complimentary coffee available at Cafe Avignon.

Overall the hotel is cute and in a great location. First night our room was close to 80 degrees, we got moved the next morning. It was better but still fought with the thermostat the whole time. The room was definitely cooler during the day. Every single night from 9pm to between 1 & 3 am the music and screaming starts. When I mentioned it to the young gentleman at check out he acted like he had no idea what music or where it could be coming from. So, don’t stay here if you like to sleep at night and want your room to comfortable.

AC didn’t work. We were hot the entire stay and the room is ridiculously small.

Great location, friendly staff

The AC only worked for an hour each night so we woke up sweating. One day they didn’t clean our room which was disappointing. Location is excellent!!

Clean and super inviting friendly staff. The $20 daily credit at the pop up coffee shop was appreciated. The rooftop bar was fun, complimentary drink. Location, location, location!! Felt safe as a solo traveler! Food and entertainment options just steps away. Perfect central location and convenient location to Penn Station. Will be my go to hotel on my next NYC visit.

Our stay was okay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The room was quite small, and the air conditioning was locked at a 68°F set point, which made the room feel very humid and uncomfortable at times. The biggest issue was the rooftop music on Saturday night—it was extremely loud and continued until around 3 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. With better climate control and improved noise management, the stay would have been much more enjoyable.

This was the highlight of our trip ! Excellent spot, excellent facilities and fantastic staff ! We will be back and in the meantime tell everyone we know

Location Room compact and lift system very slow

We were there for the World Cup and they looked after us the whole time.

Great location for the first time in NYC, it's central central. all within walking distance The costs of the rooftop terrace :D But, I guess I can not blame the hotel for it
