I love this hotel. This was my second time here and the staff and service is amazing. Giovanny was exceptional with hias customer service. I hope to be able to stay here every time I need to come to NYC for work.

Central location is great. Rooms are very small, which we expected. No chair of any kind to sit on in room. Beds are tight to the wall. No hand towels at all, had to request extra bath towels to accommodate 2 people. No water available anywhere other than for purchase. Luggage hold staff are not pleasant. Rest of staff were friendly. Overpriced for room.

Rooms are very small and not functional for more than a night or two (no storage, no closet or shelves). VERY small rooms, hard bed and loud. The club music could be heard until 2am over the weekend. Location was central to everything but would not stay here again due to the noise and uncomfortable beds.

Did not eat breakfast. Location was great. Windel was the greatest. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, pleasant, and had a beautiful personality. He always had a smile. There were 3 other customer service reps, 1 woman and 2 other men. They were not as nice as or helpful as Windel. He is a keeper. A++ I will definitely stay at Moxy again when l travel to NYC because of the excellent service that Windel provided. 100% Kindness from the other 3 customer service reps.

Very helpful staff and nice vibe, however the room was most definitely not fully cleaned before my stay. The bedsheets had random weird (and quite big) stains/marks, as well as a couple rips here and there. Same with the towel, some very weird stains. Called reception for a replacement and they came quite quickly. Other than that, it is quite decent. Good location, you get 20$ daily credit to use at the cafe on second floor which is good for some little breakfast items.

Loved the location, the 2nd floor bar was great (so was the rooftop bar). The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
