Great situation, lovely view. Nice hot tub! The reception was upstairs which was a bit odd, but I didn't really use the bar or facilities apart from the room and pool

Pretty good place to stay. Not comparable with 5 star hotel. However, really nice beds. Not sure if the price of the hotel is worth paying for it in New York. Location is great right next to Penn station.

Convenient location Loudness, the wall is thin you can hear people out the door. The elevator buttons are too confusing! Need to be simple!

The hotel was wonderful. I had a small problem with the toilet which was fixed very quickly. The only thing missing was a micorwave. I would definitely stay there again.
