Clean, fresh, modern furnishings and decor. Excellent location. Elevators a bit slow - but nothing you couldn’t make an allowance for.

Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff. Room was clean and extremely comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

Location was perfect and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The pillows did not support my neck or head. The pillows went flat as soon as I rest my head on them.

Great location and very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Loved the Rooftop bar and restaurant.

The renovations are beautiful. I was there a few years ago and I remember thinking how nice some renovations would be. Well, they did a great job with the upgrades. I will definitely stay there when I return to NYC. It took too long to inform me of my Grubhub delivery. The staff at the entrance knew it had arrived and knew I was waiting but I had to ask for it twice. I wonder if they planned to eat it.

I love the hotel for so many reasons. One I love the fact that they can hold your bag for you. Second the hotel is very well put together, I love the elevator setting. The workers are very polite & helpful. The only thing I didn't like is the price of parking. I feel like expidian needs to mention if the parking is paid or not. It was 90 dollars btw & I had to pay because I was already there. Overall it was a great experience

Clean room

Someone tried to get into my room (multiple times-I had the safety lock on not just the automatic lock) at 1 am, not long after I asked something to be brought to my room. I am not saying it was hotel staff, but it did make me nervous, and I travel often alone for work and it has never happened to me before. I called for security to check, and they didn’t follow up with me. I asked to move rooms the next day, and the front desk staff was helpful and apologetic, which I appreciated. The rooms are nice, but the feel is different overall than a typical Renaissance.

Close to msg Check in was supposed to be at 4, but after our long drive in from PA, we had to wait over an hour and a half to have our room cleaned. Couldn’t even have given us a complimentary drink from the bar for making us wait. When you’re paying $800 a night, this is unacceptable.
