Henn na Hotel New York

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near penn station and Times Square. It was very safe, and their staff is very kind and helpful. I come to NYC very frequently and have stayed in about 5 local hotels, but this was my favorite. I will use this as my hotel going forward. 10/10 lovely stay.

Property was clean and conveniently located.

It's practically brand new, so my room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and in perfect condition. The location is amazing, just a block from Penn Station and super close to Central Park, great midtown viewpoints, and the Broadway theaters. The fridge and kettle were highly appreciated, and that LG steam closet ended up being an awesome, really useful surprise. I paid a bit more because I booked last-minute, but the stay was so pleasant I have zero regrets and will definitely only be staying here from now on.

The location is central and near many great restaurants and shops. It is also close to public transportation. Although it was noisy and crowded outside the hotel, our room was fairly quiet. There is nothing we didn't like about the hotel and would consider staying there again.

The rooms were very clean and the toilet seat had a Bidet. There is no water or coffee , cream or sugar provided.

Location was excellent, couldn’t have been better for a city trip. It was very close to subway station and was also walking distance to many points of interest. The room did not have any wardrobe or drawers, although it was quite spacious for a New York hotel. We could not empty our luggage for the entire 6 days of our trip, it is unacceptable. More importantly the room was not serviced for the last 2 days of our 6 day stay. We could tell that the housekeeping had entered the room on those days because the thrash was emptied, but no other service was provided e.g. changing towels, making beds, vacuuming / tidying up.

Well located, clean, and spacious room. Toto washlet and LG clothing steamer in the room was a nice touch. I appreciate the minimalist decor in the rooms. The animatronic T-Rex in the lobby is a fun touch. Having Gosuke Japanese restaurant with authentic Japanese cuisine is also nice and convenient, plus two good bagel shops next door. Convenient to trains at Penn Station and subway trains at Herald Square Plumbing in the room could be improved, the odor of sewer gas would escape from the toilet and the shower had low water pressure and the water temperature did not get hot enough. The club across the street also gets pretty noisy late at night.

Great location, room was quiet, clean room, comfy beds. Stayed at the double queen beds room on 12th floor, great room size. Loved the japanese style toilet seat - including heating and bidet! Shower was hot and strong current. Not too crowded, no lines/wait at slow elevators. Staff kind and efficient. if you compare to the doubltree or holiday inn for a quick business trip, i'd recommend it. No coffee machine in the room, only a kettle and tea option.

Very comfortable beds. Very loud noise from outside, I think from the ventilation units. You have the impression that you are sleeping with the window open.

The overall hotel was clean, large for New York with excellent location. The staff were very helpful
