This is a very nice hotel in a best location. The room was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. Only complaint I have is that one of the two elevators was out of service for two days and took long wait. But, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!

With delayed and cancelled flights, I thought our trip would be ruined. After a very long day, Rachel checked me in and turned our trip around. I can't thank her enough. We will only stay here on future trips! Thank you again, Rachel!! We didn't run into any problems

Location is perfect. The rooms are super comfortable, super clean and spacious. I would definitively stay here again. The staff was super kind. Nothing really! Maybe just a bit of more power for the shower would be ideal, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

I stay in many hotels as a business traveler in NYC. I like this hotel, I've stayed here in the past and will stay here again. Staff is friendly and I feel safe. The bed in room 302 had a mattress that very much needed to be replaced. Small point worth noting, there is no premium TV channels, no HBO or similar. Location on and around 35th street outside the hotel is lively but has more trash than most

The lobby was cute and lovely. The hotel was located very conveniently from Penn Station so walking from the train was easy. It was a comfortable place for two friends to stay for a three-night weekend. The air conditioners were really loud and distracting, but everything else was good. No significant complaints.

Well-located, clean, and welcoming property with friendly staff. Rachel is very skilled, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was included. It wasn't mentioned on Booking.com that breakfast would be at the venue next door rather than at the hotel—in a very busy place in the morning with a limited selection for hotel guests. This should be stated on Booking.com, otherwise it is misleading.
