I didnt know what to expect when i booked this Hotel. It was my first time in Long Island City. The neighborhood was great. There were stores and restaurants within walking distance. You cant beat the distance to the subway. The room was incredible. If i could afford it, I would absolutely stay there again. The design was pretty cool. The floor to ceiling windows and the curtains around the outside of the room were a clever and impressive design feature. The hotel is very stylish overall and I had an excellent experience. I sort of wish there was a fridge in the bedroom. That would make everything a little easier. I also wish the shower was not in its own room from the bathroom sink and toilet. A lot of water got everywhere while showering so maybe a longer curtain or door for it. It was also pretty slippery once you exit the shower. I slid and almost fell a few times. but it was all really nice overall.

Cool decor No negatives

Nothing Dark rooms, nothing around at night, steps to bring luggage up to lobby no help ada elevator out of service
-
we stayed there only overnight. The room was spacious and very close to La Guardia Airport. Nice interiors and nice pillows. keep up the good work
-
The location might not also be the most convenient depending on your needs, but it worked well for going into Manhattan.

Such a unique hotel! Loved the decor! Super close to subway and just 2 stops from Manhattan. Wished the restaurant/bar was open.

Hotel looks cool. Rooms and bedding could be cleaner, no restaurant in hotel

I also missed a refrigerator in the room. And the rooms are not much soundproof, so you have to hope not to have someone noisy around. But we were lucky.

Great style of building and rooms Shame the facilities (bar/ restaurant) were closed still after covid - maybe a lack of staff to run them? But would be nice after a day of sightseeing not to then have to go out again to find somewhere to eat.

The styling of hotel, is very nice - super eclectic/industrial. Our rooms was also quiet, spacious, and quite clean. I enjoyed the hardwood floors, as carpets usually gross me out. The high ceilings felt very luxurious, and floor to ceiling windows with a view of the city was a great added bonus. They also provide complimentary water, which was lovely after a long day of sightseeing. I would have appreciated some complimentary slippers to wear in the room. The desk chair was also quite dirty due to the nature of the fabric. The shampoos and soaps are also not the greatest quality.

The location of the property was ideal to get around the city. The rooms were lacking in the clean area. The bathroom could use a new shower curtain and the toilet did not flush. I also checked the beds and there were stains on the mattress cover.

Cool industrial chic hotel. Steps away from great local bbq, brewerys, and convienencr stores. Rest of the city is easily accessible by Uber or subway
-
Great modern layout in front area Big Windows to enjoy view Great breakfast spot on corner across hotel Staff could of been more welcoming Staff were mainly on phones every time returning to hotel Had to go to 2nd floor to get ice would have been more convenient if had a ice machine on each floor.
-
No food services available, very long drive from Newark Airport to get to Hotel.

The room was clean and well equipped. Nothing

The hotel is a very cool concept with so much potential. Management has not kept up with maintenance of certain things. They do clean but it's selective. Our shower side was covered in mold. Many items are damaged or missing but they once had them - lamps, curtains, rugs, quilt/throws, luggage racks, irons, hair dryers, iron racks, and throw pillows. Planters had all dead flowers. People have destroyed things or taken them. Their restaurant AMA did not survive COVID shut downs. Mattresses need to be replaced. I suggest Classic Brands Mercer 14 in. Clearly this hotel is barely surviving but they have so much potential. They need someone to turn it around.

Location perfect for wanting to get a break from the fast pace of Manhattan, but not too far away. Loved the feel of the hotel and staff were helpful with any queries we had. Have already recommended this hotel to family planning to visit later in the year. A bar and restaurant in the hotel would have been nice, unfortunately due to the pandemic this had been closed down.

The rooms are generous. The common areas are clean and well serviced. The front of house staff were friendly and knowledgeable. All the hotel really needs to make it 10/10 is a world class coffee shop.
