All great

I really liked the arrangement of the mirrors in the bathroom so you could get a 360° picture when trying on the bargains you bought in the Sales! Also a small make-up mirror. Breakfast and the bar and dining area seating was good and not crowded. Enjoyed our stay!

Price, location, bed Poor shower

Great location and super friendly staff There was 3 of us in a double room that sleeps 4 but it was a bit tight. More of an us problem than the hotel though
-
It was really well designed, tastefully whilst respecting the history of the building Just some basics were not there such as coffee in the room and the bed was not top quality. It wasn’t that quiet in the mornings, but that’s New York.

Clean rooms, historic building. A somewhat decent location, in that a subway stop is right outside the door; it's just that it's not the most useful subway line. Breakfast is run by the restaurant next door but is hardly any better than what is served at a Holiday Inn. The servers said that the yogurt was plain but it was actually vanilla. The eggs and sausages were adequate, but otherwise the items are bland, processed stuff.

Really nice hotel in cool part of town right by chambers subway. Bathroom nice but I little small. Certainly for two. Breakfast in restaurant next door could’ve been better as just filter coffee and busy self serve

We went there to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The staff were great and had a beautiful display for us.

Great hotel, small rooms but as expected in NYC. Location is amazing, was here for the Knicks parade and it was fantastic. Super close to subway stations and walking distance to lots of restaurants/shopping in Soho. Would absolutely stay here again!!
-
Location was great Our room felt like the room Tom Hanks stayed in on Big. There was one solitary small window that looked onto an alleyway with curtains that did not open. It felt like a jail cell. Nothing like the photos
-
It was very cute and quaint hotel. The rooms are small but they finished it well to provide space for luggage. In a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The old building renovated beautifully Small bathrooms

I spend a lot of time in NyC and lived across the river for many years. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels throughout Manhattan. This is the BEST value in the city. It is right next to the Smyth and half the price. The location is great in a great neighborhood. I will stay there again.

Breakfast at Serafina’s was great! Very kind staff Our room was so small. No place to put luggage.

It was our first time staying at the Frederick, but it won’t be the last. Our flights delayed our arrival by a significant amount, and when I called the hotel to notify them, the staff were incredibly gracious. The room was clean & comfortable (excellent air-conditioning!), and we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift. We enjoyed the 5:00 happy hour in the lobby - again, wonderful, friendly staff (Julian, Terrell & Fu’Quan were delightful). On our final night, we relaxed with a nightcap in the bar. All in all a fabulous experience!

Great location for me. Clean and quaint! Nothing
