Right next to 23rd street station if needed. But also walkable to many areas uptown or downtown. Staff were pleasant and the reception was 24 hours. Complimentary hot drinks are available in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. If modern is what you’re looking for this is not the right hotel for you. For the price we paid it exceeded my expectations. I would recommend.

The hotel is priced right. It is basic, clean and has a great location. Breakfast was good and real plates and silverware was there. I would absolutely stay there again. The hotel should probably purchase a new coffee machine in the dining room though.

Good location. Staff were helpful especially with regards to storinf luggage. Run down, bathroom despite being clean ish felt disgusting due to nature of how run down it is.

Location was ideal for all sites in Manhattan. Rooms could do with a refresh. No refrigerator in room.

Great location. Steps away from the subway, Starbucks, Target and many other stores and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood day and night. Clean rooms, great employees/service and an amazing free breakfast.

Busy but quiet. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Leo house. The staff was very sweet and helpful. I would stay here again next time I'm in NYC.

It is super clean, and in a great location. The staff was super nice. It is definitely a no frills experience, but the beds were comfortable, and lots of hot water!

Friendly and helpful staff good location with MSG and high line just a short walk Dated hotel in need of a touch up. AC was noisy and TV no signal. Shared shower(expected but tiny).

Clearly not spending money on upkeep unless critical.

Inclusive breakfast was far better than expected Dropping key off at front desk every time you leave the building. Expected small rooms, but the bathroom was uncomfortabley small and the bathtub was sketchy.

Plenty of choice for breakfast

This hotel is such great value for money. The breakfasts were fantastic but note they don’t serve on Sundays. You won’t find a better located hotel in NYC for the money. The room and facilities are dated but it is an old hotel. Whilst a bit jaded , the beds are comfortable and everything is spotless. The staff are all welcoming and helpful.

The staff make you feel like family. They were patient, respectful, and helpful. So glad we chose to stay their. Will visit again.

Nice room, nice breakfast, very convenient for local shops and restaurants in the Chelsea area. If in a room facing the road it can be a little noisy, the windows are not sealed.

Nice staff. It was very loud both from the hallway and the street so it was hard to sleep.
