The place was so comfortable and unique. I loved staying here very much and would 100% stay here again.

Great location. Near many metro and bus stations. Close to the city center and many famous landmarks. There was a daily cleaning service in the room. Nice breakfast, it could have a little more variety though. The room was old, but well preserved. I would appreciate it if there was heating in the rooms because in the rainy days the temperature ran low and the room was chilly.

Room was clean and well air conditioned. Staff was friendly, and it was very accessible with a train station very close by. We felt very safe as young female travellers. The breakfast was good as well. Didn't impact anything but was clearly an old building, not the place to stay if you're looking for luxury.

I had booked 2 nights in Sept using a 3rd party site. A 3rd night was needed but not available on the site. So I called reservations at the hotel directly and told them I needed a 3rd night to combine with our Sept dates..the hotel booked July 19 instead of sept..we complained but were still charged for this night even though I'd previously paid for it ..in Canadian dollars we ended up paying $650 for 1 night in this hotel ! Too bad as good location...but they will not take responsibility for what is clearly their mistake. Will never stay there again and will tell others not to. Staff claimed it was my fault ..I've been booking hotels for many years and this has never happened before !

The location. The price. Too expensive for the facilities offered. The staff don’t like to work there.

Lovely friendly staff and a great breakfast. Carpet was dirty, no breakfast on Sunday, bathroom was tiny and toilet had no lid.

Affordable, friendly staff, clean room, surprisingly quiet, great location, equipped with nicely decorated rooms in the common area When I used a shower room there was no way to lock the door.

Leo House is in a great location (Chelsea) and close to the blue and red subway lines. The rooms are clean and a great size for NYC. The breakfast is sensational. I would stay here again.
