Check in and check out was the most seamless experience I have ever had. Rooms were small but efficient. Staff was polite and helpful. I was afraid that the hotel would be loud due to its location, and the volume of guests but it was rather quiet in the rooms Location is rather far from public transit, the two lobby and elevator system ensures safety and security but if you’re running late well it can become a nightmare. Rooms could have been cleaner.

Great location, a short walk to Times Square and Broadway. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Room was quite small and expensive but I guess that’s New York City.
