Nothing Location. Noise. Broken down lifts on check out day. Stuck on 27th floor with luggage no means of getting down for over an hour. Lobby staff couldn’t care less. Restaurant not owned by hotel. I was asked to leave as I didn’t have a reservation when I sat down in the rooftop area and directed inside to residents bar. Maire d’ very rude. Hotel in need of maintenance. Broken safe in one room, no chest of drawers in another, dripping shower in another. It took a while to find a suitable room. Even on 27th floor street noise loud. I was there for 2 weeks as my son and his wife had a new baby. It was expensive and tourist tax takes it up a notch. Very poor quality for the price.

The staff were accommodating

Good location, modern decoration, security The room was not ready even 1-2 hours after the advertised check in time. The room was not spotless but not horrible. Room keys were often not working.

The location was perfect for everything we were there to see. We could walk to MSG and St James Theater. The staff was so helpful. Our flight was canceled and we called and they put us on for a late arrival so our room was available when we got there. The air conditioning wouldn’t turn on the first night but the next day they fixed it right away!

Good location! Walking distance to The Times Square, subway , buses , lots of places to eat all around. Walking distance to pier where you can take a wonderful evening cruise and go to the Intrepid museum. ( pretty cool ) . Room is small ( as expected) but clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a small fridge. Our friends didn’t. But I guess you can ask for one. It was supposed to have drinking water and ice on the floor. But it wasn’t there. Just the wiring. The water was hooked up on 2 floors out of 22. . Bottled water in the vending machine was ridiculously expensive. But we were able to get water from the gym.

You pay in convenience what you save on the bill. Few things didn’t work, elevators took forever, couple things were broken in the room. View was great though, and would stay here again. Wouldn’t recommend for couples who don’t like each other’s company.

The staff were amazing, very helpful. The location also, the hotel is 10 min by walk from Port authority. Close to time square . And I had everything close to me , coffee, market etc I was a little bit confused between, where is the bar , restaurant etc ( but that's only because of me , not the hotel's responsibility) .

The location is excellent and very convenient. The views are beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. Our room was cleaned every day. The room itself was clean and neat. There were a few small scratches on the side of the bed, but nothing important. The interior and exterior are beautiful, modern, and stylish. The only thing I didn’t like is that the terrace on the 4th floor isn’t open 24/7

- Room too small

Hotel was everything I needed for my stay. Bed was comfortable. The rooms are pretty small, but that's just standard for New York. Staff are okay, some of them friendly. Location wise I didn't feel like it was 'central' for me. Based on the trips I was taking, I was still 30 mins away from my destinations. Sometimes staff weren't the friendliest. It depends on who is at the front desk.
