YOTEL New York Times Square

A little too small for me. Need a bigger bathroom.

Wonderful place, great location, stores, restaurants all within walking distance!

The bed sheets were dirty the minute we walked in , dirt in the bathroom shower , rust and visible dirt on the desk and random substance smudges . The light for the bathroom did not work including the light above the toilet . The place has teenagers running around & it smells like marijuanna. 8 in the morning a random staff just opened our door as we were laying in the bed asleep , scaring us out of our sleep .. didn't say anything just closed the door and walked off . When I went into the hallway she was walking fast down the hall and said she was just checking the rooms , however checkout time is 11am!?!?!?!?!?!? Will never stay again , best thing about the place is the person who worked front desk this morning because he let me check out late for a work meeting

The valet parking situation is ridiculous..

Property was clean and staff were welcoming and helpful

Location was a bit far from the meeting conference but not far to the restaurants available I like the way customer process their check-in digitally and checkout automatic you got the message through your email. That's fantastic

I like the hotel . My favorite part was me being able to see the building the view . The only thing I didn’t like was I turned on the ac and I tried to turn it off a few minutes later and the thermostat was not working at all so I was freezing all night .

Staff was very nice. They make check in very easy. Room was a little outdated but ok for a night.

The location was great, pretty much around the corner from Times Square and in proximity to lots of cafes and restaurants. We also got a room with city view and it didn’t disappoint! The room itself is enough to just sleep there. Furniture is quite outdated and could use some TLC. Some switches didn’t work and you could just see that some amenities were just not fresh (shower, etc.). When we checked in, although the bed and towels were clean, the switches, shower and sink were a bit dirty with some dust (?) stain, so we gave it a quick wipe with a wet tissue, but would not expect to see it in the room at all. Finally, we were supposed to have safe in the room but it was nowhere to be found.
