Slight diversification to the breakfast, like cold cuts, scramble eggs, sausages, would make it absolutely amazing addition.

We had a great stay at The Attwater. It was clean, nicely decorated, great Wi-Fi, excellent location near major sites in Newport and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Love the decor, great staff, great location. Room was a bit small, but adorable. Free parking on-site which is huge! Very close to restaurants and shops. Have stayed here many times and loved it every time.

This stay was unexpectedly excellent! My wife and I have never stayed here and were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was great to get your day started. Peter was an extremely knowledgeable resource in helping us plan our days when we didn’t know what we should see. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Very nice stay a 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of downtown Newport.

Excellent stay at this hotel!

What a charming property. Small, well located, parking and breakfast! The room was clean updated with a well appointed bath. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were like silk. Breakfast was convenient and had a variety of items individually portioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Newport!

Absolutely adorable and the staff was so nice!

Shower in the Lark Suite is tricky to figure out but a lot of water pressure. While we were there the hot water in the shower did not work very well. We let them know and hopefully it is fixed by now.

This was a beautiful property and so easy to walk around, the bed was super comfortable as well!

The breakfast was great. Parking was easy and it was a lovely place. Very comfortable and close to everything.

We arrived after the desk staff were off duty but we received lots of helpful communication about accessing the facility and the room, parking, etc. The room, and the property in general, were really lovely. Breakfast was delicious. The only concern was some pet dander on the sitting room sofa that prompted a mild allergic reaction for us.

Great location, adorable suite. The only issue we had was the toilet. It ran constantly then stopped working entirely.

Great location, clean friendly

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very cozy, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location was excellent — close to downtown Newport and major attractions — yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Honestly, there was very little to dislike. If anything, the stay was short and I wish I could have stayed longer.
