The experience was amazing! Far exceeded our expectations. The amenities were top notch and the breakfast was fresh and from the local bakery! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Staff was great, location was perfect, breakfast was marginal but good enough to get us out the door each morning. The hotel is an old house and while cleverly decorated, it is not what I would consider a ‘boutique’ hotel. It needs a serious renovation or at least a refresh. I would not stay here again at the price I paid with the condition of the hotel.

This was a very clean hotel, great breakfast included in price (very healthy), coffee was great in the am. The perfect location to downtown Newport, Bellevue Avenue (mansions), and walking distance to Tennis Hall of Fame. It was perfect!

The hotel’s location is fabulous. It’s in a very quiet part of Newport and a short 7 min walk to Thames Street. My room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The sheets were like butter and my pillows were the best part! The bathroom was a little small but everything else made up for it. I will definitely be staying there again!

This was super comfortable hotel, the staff was always super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to be bale to walk to the different neighborhoods in town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Slight diversification to the breakfast, like cold cuts, scramble eggs, sausages, would make it absolutely amazing addition.
